Handle tracking and processing of client reductions and appeals, including specialty billing situations that require close attention and follow-through.

Maintain open communication with attorneys, legal assistants, and clients to resolve billing issues before they become problems.

Review and assist with the setup of timekeepers, rate information, and legal matters on electronic vendor websites.

Proactively verify the accuracy of billing data across all systems and keep documentation clean and current.

Qualifications Minimum 3 years of billing experience in an insurance defense law firm setting, strongly preferred.

Hands-on experience with Aderant is required, and familiarity with Bill Blast is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to interpret and apply complex client billing guidelines across multiple matters simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details Must have plastic injection molding experience to be considered! Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary systems, and plant equipment.

Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems, control panels, VFDs, sensors, and PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens preferred).

Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, valves, and cylinders.

Assist with mold changeovers, machine setups, and adjustments.

Support continuous improvement and downtime reduction initiatives.

Maintain detailed maintenance records and adhere to all plant safety standards.

Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting (plastics industry required).

Hands-on experience with injection molding machinery (e.g., Engel, Milacron, Arburg, Husky, Nissei).

Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.

Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to preventive maintenance.
