What will you do?
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize public areas, rooms, and restrooms; empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal area; replenish supplies
- Conduct walk-around of assigned areas to ensure the facility meets housekeeping standards; ensure all linen rooms and work areas are neat, clean, and organized
- Interact with and assist guests on occasion while cleaning guest and meeting rooms
- Report maintenance repair problems to supervisor
- Ensure all lost and found items are turned in and logged daily

Assistant Construction Superintendent

PrimeSpace Capital is looking for an Assistant Construction Superintendent to join our in house construction team. This is a boots on the ground role for someone organized, detail-focused, and eager to grow in field leadership. You'll support day to day site operations while being led and instructed by a Senior Construction Manager / Superintendent — learning the process, helping keep the job moving, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the site running clean, safe, and on schedule.

What You'll Do
Under the direction of the Senior Construction Manager / Superintendent, you will:
- Assist with day to day field operations on ground up and conversion self storage projects
- Help coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, and inspections
- Support maintaining a clean, safe, efficient job site
- Assist with enforcing schedule, quality control, and construction standards
- Track progress, daily logs, and site reports and report updates to senior field leadership
- Help coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the PSC Team
- Identify issues early and escalate them to the Senior Construction Manager / Senior Development Associate
- Represent PrimeSpace onsite professionally and respectfully
- Travel to project sites as needed (multi-state pipeline)

The rate of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $22.00 / hour. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds mechanical equipment. Equipment consists of diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, drive trains, and compressors. Is capable of doing all work with little or no supervision. Assists the supervisor in making economic decisions on the repair of equipment. Maintains a neat and orderly work area.

- Issues facility security ID and supports marina and facility security teams in their security related efforts; reports disturbances in marina office area to superiors and maintains general vigilance.

- Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations and tour arrangements at guests' requests.

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $20 to $22/hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. Primary Purpose:
Direct and manage overall campus operations. Responsible for leadership of the campus instructional program ensuring high standards of instruction and student achievement, compliance with district policies, application of instructional programs, and effective operation of all campus activities.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Master’s degree in educational administration
Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate Advanced Education Leadership (AEL) certification, Instructional Leadership Training (ILT), or Instructional Leadership Development (ILD)
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Instructional Management
1. Monitor instructional processes to ensure that program activities are related to outcomes and use findings to take corrective actions where necessary.
2. Provide instructional resources and materials needed to accomplish instructional goals.
3. Establish clear expectations for staff performance with regard to instructional strategies, classroom management, and communication with the public.
4. Foster collegiality and team building among staff members. Encourage their active involvement in decision-making process.
5. Solicit regular input from campus-level committee about planning, operation, supervision, and evaluation of campus education program. Include students and community representatives when appropriate.
School or Organization Improvement
6. Build a common vision for school improvement with staff. Direct planning activities and implement programs to ensure attainment of school’s mission.
7. Establish campus performance objectives for Academic Excellence Indicators using the campus planning process and involving site-based decision making committee. Demonstrate campus progress using results to promote school improvement.
8. Provide opportunities for interactive communication with superintendent, staff, students, parents, and community.
Student Management
9. Act as campus behavioral coordinator in accordance with state laws and regulations.
10. Work with faculty and students to develop a student discipline management system that results in positive student behavior and enhances the school climate.
11. Ensure that school rules are uniformly applied and that student discipline is appropriate and equitable in accordance with Student Code of Conduct and student handbook.
12. Conduct conferences about student and school issues with parents, students, and teachers.
Management of Fiscal, Administrative, and Facilities Functions
13. Comply with district policies, state and federal laws, and regulations affecting schools.
14. Develop and administer campus budgets based on documented program needs and estimated enrollment ensuring that operations are cost effective and funds are managed wisely.
15. Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents required including accurate and timely reports of maximum attendance to requisition textbooks.
16. Manage use of school facilities. Oversee maintenance of facilities to ensure a clean, orderly, and safe campus.
[Secondary Principals: Direct and manage extracurricular and intramural programs including management of multiple activity funds.]
Personnel Management
17. Select, train, supervise, and evaluate staff and make recommendations relative to assignment, retention, discipline, and dismissal. Approve all personnel assigned to campus.
18. Observe employee performance, record observations, and conduct evaluation conferences with staff.
19. Coach staff and help them identify and develop appropriate professional growth opportunities as well as accomplish improvement goals.
20. Work with campus-level planning and decision-making committees to plan professional development activities.
School or Community Relations
21. Articulate the school’s mission to the community and solicit its support in realizing the mission. 22. Demonstrate awareness of school and community needs and initiate activities to meet those needs using appropriate and effective techniques to encourage community and parent involvement.

Supervise, evaluate, and recommend the hiring and firing of staff assigned to campus including assistant principal(s), teachers, counselor(s), librarian(s), instructional aides, clerical support staff, and custodians.

- Initial evaluations/ Discharge summaries/ Re-evaluations/ Daily treatments:
- Are performed & documented in timely manner , may include but are not limited to:
- Medical diagnosis, medical history, objective physical/cognitive findings, measurable / functional/ behavioral based patient goals, treatment plan, discharge plan, education and communication as indicated
- Determination of which tasks require the expertise and decision-making capacity of the P.T. and must be personally rendered by the P.T. and which tasks may be delegated
- Delegation and instruction of the services to be rendered by the supportive personnel, including but not limited to specific treatment program with patient goals / plan, precautions, special problems, or contraindicated procedures

- Transportation of patients as needed
