Rogosin is recruiting for an experienced Part-time Renal Dietitian to assess the nutritional status of patients and develop a nutrition care plan based on their needs.
This part-time position is available in our Bronx location.
Job duties include but not limited to: • Assess the patient's current physical condition and nutritional status and determine appropriate nutrition intervention and make recommendations • Determine and prioritize the patient's nutritional needs • Develop an individualized meal plan, provide education related to diet, nutrition, medical conditions and the state of the patient's health • Provide valuable information to help the patient stay as healthy as possible, educate and provide advice on what and how much to eat to improve patient health • Review food and fluid intake and make recommendations, if necessary • Consult with the physician regarding adjustments that may be needed • Analyze trends over time to determine how the patient is responding • Motivate patients to follow the prescribed eating plan • Provide educational materials including, handouts and recipes • Participates in QA/QAPI activities Qualifications: • Must be a NYS Registered Dietitian • Minimum of two (2) years experience in clinical dietetics and/or nutrition; prior experience working in an outpatient dialysis clinic is a plus • Good communication and analytical skills • Must be computer literate, and Excel proficient Interested applicants should forward an updated resume and salary requirement to: .

What You Will Do

Position Overview:The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including CT and X-Rays, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.

Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, the range for this position is $65,000-$94,000 per year based on 15-20 clinical hours per week.
To maintain safety and best practices for our clinicians and patients via telemedicine, Thriveworks does not push or incentivize the use of stimulant medications; instead, we offer them as an option based on the client’s specific symptoms and diagnosis, with prescribing decisions left to the discretion of the clinician. We do not currently treat substance use disorders, and make every effort to refer out to an in-person provider when symptoms arise that are too severe to be treated via telemedicine only.

Position Overview:The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including CT and X-Rays, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
Essential Job Functions:- Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist the physicians, nurses and other technical and administrative staff in meeting the needs of individual patients throughout the facility.
- Operate and maintain all imaging department equipment including but not limited to X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS
- Perform all imaging exams in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws and ensure the physician on duty is notified of the results
- Perform basic clinical procedures under the direction of the physician and/or nurse on duty
- Maintain all required documentation, logs, charts, forms and records in paper and electronic formats
- Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as COLA and CLIA regulations
- Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
- Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment
- Perform Quality Control as established by this laboratory
- Perform Proficiency Testing and/or Split Sample analysis periodically as established by this facility
- Retain records of all analytic activities performed for a minimum of two years
- Perform all Quality Assessment activities assigned to this position and document these activities for periodic review by the Laboratory Supervisor and/or the Laboratory Director
- Perform duties as ER Technician as needed
- Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
- Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment
- Travel to all facility locations as required
- Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED, required
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, required
- Associate's degree in Radiology, preferred
- Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing required
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography required
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in computed tomography, preferred, with the following exceptions
- CT certification required (Las Vegas Market)
- CT certification required within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market)
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, required
- 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience, preferred
- 1+ years of CT experience, preferred
- 1+ years of emergency room experience, preferred
- Proficiency with most X-ray/CT equipment, manufacturer's hardware/software and PACS
- Position requires fluency in English, written and oral communication
Quad in Sussex is seeking a Part-Time Material Handle r, Truck Loader. The Material Handler will be responsible for the loading of finished product onto semi-trailers with the use of a propane sit down forklift, an on-board PC and RF bar coding system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Understands and follows all standard operating and safety procedures.
* Performs all post-skidding operations, which may include strapping, banding, wrapping, card-boarding, boxing, baling, weighing and compressing.
* Safely operates a powered industrial truck to transport product to various departments.
* Review and/ or complete all material logs and production record paperwork as required.
* Performs clean-up and waste removal tasks.
* Coordinates trucking of product with shipping for staging purposes
* Follows all company and OSHA safety regulations and promote safe work habits with peers.
* Effective communication between supervisor and incoming/outgoing operator regarding shift expectations
* Assists as needed in other departments.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will have or be able to do the following:
* Must have 2 or more years prior experience loading trucks.
* Prior forklift experience where 75% or more of your day is spent on a forklift.
* Strong computer skills a must
* Factory, Manufacturing. Warehousing, Shipping or other work experience is preferred.
* Must be at least 18-years of age or older.
* Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
* Strong mechanical aptitude.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to read, understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
* Good math skills
* The ability to use repetitive hand/wrist movement.

* The ability to use a hand jack or motorized Raymond or Big Joe lift.
