Job Description

Pay Rate: $21-22 per hour Summary: Austin, TX
- ONSITE 3 Months Contract Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and email requests for client account maintenance.

Assist with invoice inquiries and payments.

Perform data entry and miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.

Provide support to internal and external clients on technical and product-specific issues.

Communicate effectively with clients of all organizational levels via telephone and email.

Provide remote technical and application support to customers through phone, email, chat, and remote system access.

Develop strong knowledge of complex products and provide clear communication/documentation to client questions.

Work cross-functionally to resolve specialized, procedural, and operational issues.

Deliver timely responses to business owners, stakeholders, and users on issue status and resolution.

Contribute to team knowledge sharing, meetings, and documentation to reduce recurring issues and inquiries.

Requirements: Minimum high school education or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

2 years of client-facing application support experience.

Experience troubleshooting product issues and reporting issues via phone/e-mail/chat.

Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Experience executing short and long-term plans.

Proficiency in training internal and external customers to mitigate recurring requests for help.

Required Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify origin/cause and promptly respond to cases without escalation.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and organize effectively.

Conflict resolution skills.

Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

Ability to be self-directed and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple time-sensitive projects.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM applications such as Salesforce.

Familiarity with Microsoft Server products (e.g., Windows Server, SQL, MS Project).

Knowledge of Visio and Microsoft Access.

Experience with BusinessObjects.
