We are seeking several CDL Class A auto hauler Company Drivers to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating your truck with a capacity of up to 80,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).

We pay by percentage of load for experienced 9 car company drivers (ranging from 25%-28%, plus additional bonuses between 1%-3% based on safety, damages, etc.), we offer benefits, paid vacation, and achievable bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Growth
- Generates volume and market share growth for assigned products within a specific geographic area.
- Identifies critical markets and new customers within those end markets, plans and develops strategies to drive incremental sales opportunities, market share gains, and understand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives within assigned market and category.
- Leverages data to construct clear and concise business plans for sales and market share gains.
Business Development & Customer Acquisition
- Prospects customers using market knowledge, sales lead software, and company-provided leads to expand customer base of high-value customers via in-person, on-site, in-store, and over the phone.
- Develops and executes comprehensive sales and business plans for prospective accounts and/or market by identifying customer opportunities, devising product segment strategies, and closing applicable opportunities.
- Collaborates with FSR and RTD in the discovery and evaluation of new customers.
- Assists in managing business plans, profiles, and activity within CRM tool and partners with FSR on strategic Requests for Quotes (RFQs) within assigned market.
Customer Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Drives sales of pressure washing products and services through in-store engagement, customer onsite product demonstrations, trade shows and consultative selling.
- Develops and sustains sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers at all levels of the organization, specifically with store personnel and market leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Development
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create detailed operating procedures for pressure washing services.
- Ensures processes are scalable and repeatable across multiple retail locations.
- Coordinates and communicates plans and activities with others to ensure a coordinated work effort and team approach.
Reporting & Communication
- Provides regular sales reports and recommendations to leadership to increase market share and continuous improvement.
- Keeps supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective account management.
Leverages Market Intelligence & Data
- Leverages sales performance data, customer feedback and market trends in tandem with pressure washing knowledge to determine best strategies to identify opportunities to drive market expansion or recapture lost business.
- Understands pressure washing industry trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and chemical/product differentiation.
- Shares knowledge and remains current on market trends, technology enhancements, competitors, along with challenges and opportunities unique to the geography.

- May assist in training for sales team on pressure washing products, chemicals, selling techniques, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
What you will bring to the table:
- High school education or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of business to business (B2B or B2C) sales experience, business management or equivalent within the pressure washing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of pressure washing industry, solutions, use cases and competitive landscape.
- Previous experience driving category growth within a demographic market.
- Demonstrated success in solution selling, customer acquisition and negotiating.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Controller to lead the day-to-day financial operations of a growing startup. The role requires strong experience within a SaaS subscription-based revenue model, including recurring revenue recognition, deferred revenue management, and compliance with ASC 606. The Controller will play a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting of subscription revenue and providing visibility into ARR and cash flow as the company scales.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the details, creating financial clarity, and ensuring strong financial discipline across accounting, contracts, receivables/payables, and reporting.
You will work closely with leadership to deliver accurate financial visibility and scalable processes that support the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Reporting
· Own the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements
· Oversee revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606
· Manage deferred revenue schedules and subscription billing accuracy
· Produce accurate income statements and management reporting
· Maintain financial records, reconciliations, and internal controls
· Partner with leadership to provide visibility into ARR/MRR trends, subscription metrics, and forward-looking cash forecasting
Contracts & Revenue Administration
· Manage financial components of client contracts and SOWs
· Ensure billing accuracy and alignment with contract terms
· Oversee invoicing workflows within the ERP system (Rillet)
· Manage manual billing processes where required
Accounts Receivable & Payable
· Oversee AR/AP processes to ensure timely billing and collections
· Monitor cash flow and payment cycles
· Maintain vendor relationships and payment controls
Systems & Process Ownership
· Maintain and optimize accounting workflows within Rillet ERP
· Improve financial processes and automation as the company scales
· Partner with leadership to implement operational best practices
Qualifications
· 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, ideally in startup or high-growth environments
· Required: Direct ownership of accounting in a SaaS subscription-based business, including ownership of recurring revenue recognition, deferred revenue accounting, and ASC 606 compliance
· Experience accounting for complex customer contracts, including multi-year agreements and contract modifications, preferred
· Strong understanding of financial reporting and income statement management
· Experience managing AR/AP and contract-driven billing processes
· ERP experience required (Rillet experience a plus)
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
· CPA or accounting degree preferred

- The Tank Wash Technician ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Operate light and heavy equipment including but not limited to pumps, compressors, boilers, bobcats, forklift, etc.
- Tank Wash Technician handles various hand tools and powered industrial tools, including pressure washers.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and immediately notify supervisor of any mechanical failure or problem of equipment.
- Tank Wash Technician adheres to and ensure compliance with Health & Safety Compliance and regulations.
- Wear and properly use a variety of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
- Tank Wash Technician assists in field sampling activities and calibration of meters.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Six or more months industry-related experience

- Experience with confined space entry (CSE) training
- Experience with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) waste codes, manifesting and Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to complete computer module safety training program including on the job training
