Job Summary and Qualifications 


We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? We offer a vast array of robotic surgical technology including gynecology, general, thoracic, urology, spine and joint replacement. Services offered at Summit include Gynecology, urology, neurology, spine, orthopedics, general, ENT, plastics and vascular. Your responsibilities and tasks may include: 


  • Prepare and organize the operating room equipment, instruments, and supplies as required for various surgical procedures

  • Take care of specimens, prepare, check, and monitor medications, and assist with dressings 


  • Set up a sterile and sanitary environment, and maintain the sterile field for the patient during procedures 


  • Utilize correct body mechanics in moving, transporting, and positioning patients, stretchers, and/or tables in order to prevent injury to patient and personnel 


  • Follow relevant safety and sanitation guidelines 


  • Participate in orientation and education of all operating room staff on an ongoing basis 


  • Participate in stocking and restocking medical supplies

What qualifications you will need: 


  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging exams while providing the highest level of customer service and image quality. This role involves coordinating daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of compassionate, holistic care that supports the rights and dignity of all patients.

What You'll Do in This Role

  • Follow quality assurance guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality by adhering to all HIPAA privacy regulations and hospital policies.

  • Protect patients and employees by strictly adhering to infection control protocols, safety regulations, and emergency procedures for drug reactions or first aid.

  • Ensure the proper operation of radiology equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and evaluating new techniques.

  • Perform all requested radiographic examinations as ordered by physicians, ensuring high-quality images that meet site-specific standards and density requirements.

  • Prepare and position patients for procedures, using immobilization devices and adjusting equipment controls to set proper exposure factors.

  • Maintain patient comfort and safety during transport and throughout the exam, reducing patient anxiety through clear explanations and answering questions.

  • Administer contrast agents under the guidance of the site Radiologist and practice radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure for patients and staff.

  • Document patient care services accurately in department records and address any care-related problems with appropriate decision-making.

  • Maintain a clean and professional working environment while participating in professional development through workshops and societies.

What Qualifications You'll Need

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited education program in Radiologic Technology.

  • ARRT R.T. (R) certification is required (or must be registry eligible and obtain ARRT within 12 months of hire date).

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).

  • Ability to work cooperatively with all facility healthcare professionals and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

  • Strong technical knowledge of radiography equipment, patient positioning, and diagnostic imaging standards.

About the Role:

The RN Case Manager Hospice plays a critical role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals facing life-limiting illnesses in the Snellville community. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing comprehensive hospice care plans that address the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients and their families. The RN Case Manager serves as a liaison between patients, families, interdisciplinary team members, and external healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care. By conducting thorough assessments and regularly evaluating patient progress, the RN Case Manager ensures that care goals are met while respecting patient dignity and preferences. Ultimately, this role contributes to enhancing the quality of life for patients during their end-of-life journey through expert clinical management and empathetic support.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of hospice care principles, symptom management, and end-of-life care practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
