- California Health Care Facility (CHCF) CHCF provides medical care and mental health treatment to inmates who have the most severe and long-term needs.

The 1.4 million square foot facility is certified to provide intermediate level care and to complement less acute treatment provided in other prisons operated by the CDCR.

This facility provides both outpatient and inpatient mental health services for patients with a serious mental disorder.

- California Medical Facility (CMF) California Medical Facility (CMF) was established in 1955 by the California Legislature to provide a centrally located facility to meet the medical, psychiatric, and dental health care needs of male felons incarcerated within the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR).

CMF is a medium security medical facility located in the city of Vacaville in Solano County.

Vacaville is located 37 miles southwest of Sacramento and 65 miles northeast of San Francisco.

The majority of inmate-patients at CMF reside in an outpatient setting and receive health care in an outpatient clinic.

Patients who require additional nursing care may be housed in the Outpatient Housing Unit (OHU).

- Porterville Development Center Porterville Developmental Center (PDC), is located on approximately 670 acres in Porterville California, opened in 1953 and currently serves people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a general treatment area and separate secure treatment program.

About the Facility: Shiprock Service Unit -Northern Navajo Medical Center The Shiprock Service Unit (SRSU) is the largest geographical service-unit of Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS).

SRSU population extends into New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah.

Perform arterial puncture and bone marrow biopsies.

Perform peer reviews as requested.

Services would also include taking call and attending Tumor Board/Cancer Committee meetings.

Evaluate and treat patients during a general Hematology Oncology outpatient clinic at the VA.
