What will you do?

• Produce all menu items according to recipe and Delaware North standards

The Role

We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager, Receiving & Inventory to own the inbound side of our warehouse operations.

This role ensures product arrives accurately, gets received cleanly, moves into the building efficiently, and stays organized in a way that supports the rest of the business. You’ll lead the receiving lane while partnering closely with fulfillment, production, and account teams to ensure inventory is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

What You’ll Do

Receiving & Inbound Operations

• Own the day-to-day receiving process for inbound shipments from vendors, printers, and manufacturers
• Verify counts, SKUs, packaging, and condition of incoming product before it is accepted into inventory

Team Leadership

• Ensure WAMs have clear, accurate operational visibility to support brand communication and expectation setting.
• Establish clean escalation paths and fast response loops for order issues, inbound discrepancies, returns edge cases, and compliance concerns.
• Maintain a strong internal service mindset, ensuring operational execution supports brand trust and retention.

• Provide clear reporting to the Director of Warehouse Operations on performance, risks, staffing, and operational priorities.
• Surface issues early, propose solutions, and maintain a forward-looking view of capacity and constraints.
• Maintain strong operational visibility so leadership is never surprised by performance, backlogs, or service risk.

• Minimum of 5 years in 3PL, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management, including significant experience leading large teams.
• Proven success running day-to-day warehouse operations with high standards and consistent SLA performance.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems and EDI.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold managers accountable.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a bias for action.

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team and support daily warehouse operations.

About the Role

The Assistant Warehouse Manager will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain organization. Because we are a small team, this role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on warehouse tasks, including operating equipment, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day supervision of warehouse staff.
• Support workflow coordination to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare tile orders for shipment as needed.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization of stock.
• Ensure warehouse safety standards and company policies are followed at all times.
• Provide leadership and set a positive example for warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience required; tile, building materials, or distribution experience a plus.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) — certification a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to perform both leadership and hands-on tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
