Required Skills:

• Spinal & Epidural Proficiency (Top Priority for Independent Call Coverage)
  
• Newborn Respiratory & Airway Management
  
• Regional Blocks: Interscalene, Sciatic, Adductor, TAP, and Axillary
  

Provider Requirements:

• 
  
• Certification: NBCRNA
  
• Licensure: Active & Unrestricted MN State License & DEA
  
• Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS (NRP highly encouraged)
  
• Procedure Logs Required:
  
  • 
    
  • 10 epidurals in the last 24 months
    
  • 50 patients in the last 12 months
