The ideal candidate will be someone looking for an opportunity to take ownership of matters and take cases to trial. At least 5 years of litigation experience, including experience speaking with clients, drafting pleadings, mediating matters, and first or second chairing trials or arbitration hearings, required. Knowledge of franchise law is not required as the firm will provide training.
We are looking for an attorney who with a clear pathway for continued growth (both in compensation and role). Attorneys also receive origination credit.
*Responsibilities:*

This firm is offering $100,000 - $250,000 yearly, with 35 billable hours per month requirement. Benefits offered upon completion of the probationary period. Experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation:
- The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $24.30 through $30.45 hourly. Base hourly is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay may be offered for this position. Other components may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
