What You Will Do


Sales & Client Growth

  • Conduct high-volume outreach to healthcare organizations—calls, social platforms, digital engagement, and in‑person networking.
  • Create and share engaging content focused on Express healthcare staffing solutions.
  • Execute sales campaigns using social media, job boards, career fairs, and community events.
  • Identify hiring signals, develop leads, and set qualified discovery appointments for the Partner/Owner.
  • Process new‑client documents (contracts, credit checks, new-client information, WC codes) following Express HQ standards.
  • Complete on-site visits with current clients to maintain and grow relationships.
  • Understand multiple healthcare business lines—per diem, contracts, temp-to-hire, and direct hire—and accurately discuss pricing for LTC, ALF, hospitals, surgery centers, and more.
  • Maintain involvement with community associations, schools, and trade shows to strengthen brand awareness.


Staffing & Operations

  • Communicate with clinicians by phone, text, and email to document availability and schedule shifts.
  • Enter and maintain accurate clinician and client data in BlueSky.
  • Run and distribute daily staffing and revenue reports.
  • Ensure on-call log information is accurately documented in third‑party systems.
  • Work with urgency to prioritize open job orders, matching clinicians to client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure seamless service execution.

Position Requirement Overview

The ideal Associate Product Development Manager candidate will play a key role in the development and implementation of Chemical Guys product innovation and marketing strategy. This person will have the opportunity to be involved in consumer insights and market insights work that shapes our new product and portfolio strategies. Key Responsibilities:

● Monitors and drives competitive, strategic and tactical activities. Develops appropriate strategies and/or new launches.

This crucial role is a transitional position towards becoming a center clinical P&L leader (i.e., Senior Medical Director [SMD]) in the organization. The incumbent Center Medical Director (CMD) will leverage his/her prior leadership experience to expedite learning and delivering the ChenMed clinical model. The CMD may be simultaneously completing PCP Black Belt Training and Mastering the Medical Director Essentials within a combined and accelerated PCP and medical director training pathway.

We are an outcomes-focused, value-based organization. This position will be subject to, and have center oversight for, the following metrics/competencies that are regularly assessed to help our clinicians become successful and reach Partnership status: panel size, patient outcomes (admissions and hospital sick days), CG CAHPS and net promoter score (patient experience), HEDIS and clinical gaps closures, and medical cost effectiveness measures. Each primary care provider (PCP) will have goals for these metrics and will be expected to work towards those targets with their center and market leadership as well as their care team. Culture is also very important in the medical centers and CMDs are expected to ensure PCPs are leaders in our organization and helping champion a positive culture of love, accountability, and passion.

The CMD will demonstrate and lead the center’s providers towards:

  • Accountability and oversight for outcomes:  The CMD demonstrates accountability for outcomes, strong clinical care, and cost-effectiveness for each patient in their panel of at least 300 risk adjusted patients (75% partial panel). They understand that they can strongly influence the patient’s outcomes by building a trusting relationship and helping them change behaviors.
  • Coaching for health:  Act as a health coach, rather than just a consultant for sickness, by helping patients set short and long-term health goals, partners with the patient to work toward the goals, and frequently follows up on those goals on the path to improved health for their patients.
  • Simplifying for action:  Simplify and prioritize appropriately so that behavior change is more actionable, both for the patient in helping them achieve their goals, and when leading their care team towards their performance goals.
  • Leadership:  Lead center Super Huddle (SH) and Transforming Care Meeting (TCM) weekly care meetings, as well as support Center Manager/Center General Manager.  The goal is for the CMD to increasingly assume responsibilities of the SMD to directly supervise, performance manage and train PCPs in his/her assigned center; as well as be accountable for maximizing overall clinical value while engaging physicians to improve clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, cost effectiveness, and physician/patient satisfaction. This will partially be accomplished by leadership rounding (monthly 1:1), which initially will be jointly conducted with the market clinical leader.  In addition, the goal for the CMD will be over time to increasingly manage day-to-day clinical and business operations to improve the financial performance of the center, in partnership with the Center Manager/Center General Manager.

The CMD will be required to demonstrate the ability to function both independently and in collaboration with other health care professionals. The CMD will demonstrate and lead the center’s providers towards:

  • Accountability and oversight for outcomes:  The CMD demonstrates accountability for outcomes, strong clinical care, and cost-effectiveness for each patient in their panel of at least 300 risk adjusted patients (75% partial panel). They understand that they can strongly influence the patient’s outcomes by building a trusting relationship and helping them change behaviors.
  • Coaching for health:  Act as a health coach, rather than just a consultant for sickness, by helping patients set short and long-term health goals, partners with the patient to work toward the goals, and frequently follows up on those goals on the path to improved health for their patients.
  • Simplifying for action:  Simplify and prioritize appropriately so that behavior change is more actionable, both for the patient in helping them achieve their goals, and when leading their care team towards their performance goals.

  • Joins national director biweekly meetings and attends annual/biannual clinical leadership conferences.
  • Plays an active role in the management of their center and will help cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons. Takes an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and additional providers for the company.
  • Drives a positive culture that supports a cohesive team approach, drives excellent results and relationships, and promotes "best place to work" culture measured by employee engagement scores.

This crucial role is a transitional position towards becoming a center clinical P&L leader (i.e., Senior Medical Director [SMD]) in the organization. The incumbent Center Medical Director (CMD) will leverage his/her prior leadership experience to expedite learning and delivering the ChenMed clinical model. The CMD may be simultaneously completing PCP Black Belt Training and Mastering the Medical Director Essentials within a combined and accelerated PCP and medical director training pathway.

We are an outcomes-focused, value-based organization. This position will be subject to, and have center oversight for, the following metrics/competencies that are regularly assessed to help our clinicians become successful and reach Partnership status: panel size, patient outcomes (admissions and hospital sick days), CG CAHPS and net promoter score (patient experience), HEDIS and clinical gaps closures, and medical cost effectiveness measures. Each primary care provider (PCP) will have goals for these metrics and will be expected to work towards those targets with their center and market leadership as well as their care team. Culture is also very important in the medical centers and CMDs are expected to ensure PCPs are leaders in our organization and helping champion a positive culture of love, accountability, and passion.

The CMD will demonstrate and lead the center’s providers towards:

  • Accountability and oversight for outcomes:  The CMD demonstrates accountability for outcomes, strong clinical care, and cost-effectiveness for each patient in their panel of at least 300 risk adjusted patients (75% partial panel). They understand that they can strongly influence the patient’s outcomes by building a trusting relationship and helping them change behaviors.
  • Coaching for health:  Act as a health coach, rather than just a consultant for sickness, by helping patients set short and long-term health goals, partners with the patient to work toward the goals, and frequently follows up on those goals on the path to improved health for their patients.
  • Simplifying for action:  Simplify and prioritize appropriately so that behavior change is more actionable, both for the patient in helping them achieve their goals, and when leading their care team towards their performance goals.
  • Leadership:  Lead center Super Huddle (SH) and Transforming Care Meeting (TCM) weekly care meetings, as well as support Center Manager/Center General Manager.  The goal is for the CMD to increasingly assume responsibilities of the SMD to directly supervise, performance manage and train PCPs in his/her assigned center; as well as be accountable for maximizing overall clinical value while engaging physicians to improve clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, cost effectiveness, and physician/patient satisfaction.   • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty required

Position Summary

TheDirector of National and International Fellowships and Awards will lead UTEP's efforts in strengthening a culture of scholarship and increasing the number of high quality applicants for prestigious fellowships and honors such as Rhodes, Marshall, Schwarzman, Fulbright, Udall, Gilman, Goldwater, Hertz, and Truman. From education and awareness to mentoring and celebrating student success, the Director will be a champion for high-achieving students to successfully navigate through the many fellowship and scholarship opportunities available to them, including engaging faculty as mentors and panelists for the selection of students for these awards.

Competitive applicants will have experience facilitating national and international fellowships, particularly those that require institutional endorsement. Candidates will also have demonstrated experience and an innovative approach to marketing, recruiting and preparing students for these opportunities in addition to partnering with faculty, staff, departments and programs found in a University setting. Familiarity with and passion for serving a predominantly Latino, first-generation college-going student population is essential. The Director, a key member of the leadership team, will work collaboratively with the Office of the President, the Office of the Provost, the Divisions of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs including the Graduate School in addition to national and international agencies, programs and organizations to meet the goal of increasing the number of applicants for prestigious fellowships and awards.

Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the strategic mission and vision of the Office of Student Fellowships and Awards, including developing, implementing, and conducting a comprehensive department assessment plan that includes but is not limited to, tracking student engagement through monthly Department Dashboards, Impact Reports, and an Annual Work Plan containing specific and measurable goals and objectives.Provide leadership, management and budgetary oversight of the department including the supervision of the employees of the department including graduate and undergraduate students.Serve as primary advisor for highly competitive, national and international fellowship and scholarship opportunities requiring institutional endorsement and maintaining up-to-date information, knowledge and understanding of national fellowships and awards requirements, policies, procedures, and application processes, submission criteria and deadlines.Develop and manage an educational outreach campaign to build awareness of these opportunities among UTEP's predominantly Latino, first-generation student population and ultimately applicants for fellowships and awards.In partnership with faculty and staff, develop and manage strategies to identify high potential students early in their undergraduate college career to pursue such opportunities and provide necessary guidance and encouragement.Engage faculty mentors to assist students with their application, particularly in cases where the fellowship involves research proposals and to serve on review panels for specific awards.Work with qualified students to ensure they meet the deadlines with high quality applications, connecting them with institutional resources in order to improve their prospects for success.Facilitate and conduct a series of workshops pertaining to the application process, personal statements and other necessary components of competitive programs.Identify faculty, staff, community members and campus visitors who have earned prestigious national and international fellowships, honors or scholarships in the past or who have served as reviewers of such applications for the various granting organizations, and arrange for them to meet with prospective UTEP applicants.Manage the Hawkins Scholarship, a UTEP-specific honor, providing two students of outstanding intellect and character who show promise of becoming leaders capable of addressing important challenges facing humanity funding to support education expenses most notably experiences away from campus (study abroad, internships, research, etc.) in preparation for the student's graduate education. Manage Undergraduate Fellows Program, a program designed to help outstanding first-year and second-year students planning to apply for nationally competitive fellowships during their undergraduate career. Develop a plan to publicize student achievements including regular updates to Deans and Chairs on fellowship applicants.Facilitate department events that recruit students to pursue prestigious fellowships and celebrate award recipients' achievements, including the Scholars and Fellowship Fair and the annual Celebration of Success.Establish a campus calendar for awards requiring institutional nomination/endorsement and develop Learning Management System modules to keep potential applicants informed, engaged and on track with deadlines.Serve as the liaison or institutional representative to funding agencies when appropriate.Serve as the Advisor for UTEP's Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

About the Department

The UTEP Division of Student Affairs not only helps our students excel in the classroom, but also prepares students for a lifetime of success and accomplishment. With more than 280 clubs and organizations ranging from academic/professional to social and service groups, opportunities to study abroad, attend concerts, live on campus and participate in a multitude on intramural teams, there are countless ways for students to get involved. Come join Intuit Consumer Group’s Growth Strategy Team as a Principal Strategy Manager, Money. This role will focus on driving our ‘Money’ portfolio which bridges TurboTax and Credit Karma with offerings like CK to Tax (tax prep in CK) and Refund Advance which offers early access to tax refund. Our team focuses on crafting the long-term vision and growth strategies in collaboration with senior leadership and partners across Product Management, Marketing/Go-to-Market, etc. This role blends high-level strategy with flawless execution to drive results.


Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Senior Leadership team, initiative sponsors and BizOps to define our 5/3/1 year business strategy
  • Partner with sponsor(s) of top Strategic Focus Areas to build our Commercialization approach. For this role, this includes ensuring a cohesive business strategy for Money (e.g., CK/TurboTax tax prep, ‘Fast Money’ offerings) and defining components of the next horizon of money/consumer finance platform strategy

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience
  • Experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a respected operating company’s strategy function preferred
  • Excellent strategic problem solving, influencing and results orientation
  • Ability to both lead strategy as well as support (or lead) implementation
  • Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skills with the capacity to build trust-based relationships with teammates and cross-Intuit teams to drive outcomes
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on leadership roles within project
  • Intuit's working model is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in office. Frequent travel to San Diego is required for those not based there
