The Warehouse Operations and Logistics Coordinator will perform the assigned duties in the Vacaville Distribution Center (managed by a 3rd party partner) and will be responsible for various activities and reporting related to KUIU Logistics, Warehousing and Quality.

Key Tasks for Warehouse Operations and Logistics Coordinator position

· Report on requested Key Performance Indicators related to KUIU account

· Monitor compliance to account specific SOPs and Work Instruction with a focus on inventory control procedures .

· Coordinate inbound receiving activities for KUIU account , under the supervision of Logistics Manager:

· Freight receiving scheduling and notifications prior to freight arriving in the warehouse

· Accurate receiving of product

· Document reconciling , reviewing and matching packing slips and received quantities to POs

· Incoming product accuracy and quality checks

· Notifications and reports updates post receiving

· Updating data points in KUIU systems as needed

· Coordinate and report on specific Compliance related activities

· Daily outbound data review

· Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on required Outbound KPIs.

· Perform random physical audits of outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and verify compliance with SOPs and Work Instructions

· Assist with Vendor Compliance documents management and notifications

· System data entry

· Requests for information and follow up communication

· Assist with specific Legal Compliance tasks as related to Supply Chain requirements

· System data entry

· Requests for information , follow up communication and reporting on status

· Monitor inventory control activities and reporting related to KUIU account

· Ensure inventory control related SOPs and Work Instructions are being followed

· Daily , Weekly , Monthly review and reporting on IC activities and related inventory adjustments

· Act as KUIU’s contact in the warehouse for inventory reconciliations questions .

· Know why inventory is being transferred in non-specific locations (locations that will not allow orders to be placed against the product in said locations), who moved the product and what is intended course of actions for the segregated inventory

· Own and coordinate all warehouse supplies related activities for KUIU account:

· Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of KUIU specific shipping materials and supplies

· Act as main contact in the warehouse for vendors of KUIU supplies

· Review, get management approval and submit supplies and materials invoices to KUIU

· Coordinate special projects with our 3-rd party partners while ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner:

· Store orders

· Special shipping and handling projects

· Pack assembly

· Mailer inserts

· Reworks

· Warranty parts and repairs

· Work closely with warehouse on quality related inspections

· Report on inspection results and assist in vendor follow up process

· Other related duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications:

· BS degree preferred

· 3 years of warehouse and/or logistics experience preferred

· Excellent attention to detail and follow through

· Highly collaborative and team player

· Strong communication skills

· Proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook , Excel , Word

· Ability to work under pressure and coordinate projects

· Willingness to adapt to constantly changing priorities

· Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus

Physical Abilities Requirements:

While a workstation will be assigned, many tasks will be performed in a warehouse environment , with fluctuating temperatures , moderate to high noise level and heavy machinery traffic . Based on the work environment ,certain requirements are mandatory:

Responsibilities:

• The process technician level II will have a primary focus on plant logistic support. With this, the incumbent will have to come to our site and learn about our state-of-the-art glass making process and then assist us in creating routings for our process.
• This includes entering production information into our facility data system and maintaining other data sources as required.
• This position will involve the transportation of parts (making sure the parts are in the right location and move throughout the plant as planned).
• This will include making sure we have all the supplies needed to handle and move the parts within the plant and to our suppliers.
• Also this position will work with many engineers and scientists to understand the new product flows throughout the plant so they can develop the new routes in our production system.

Education and Experience:

• BA degree preferred, Associate's or HS Diploma/GED with relevant experience - minimum required.

Position Summary: The Strategic Accounts Manager – Warehouse & Logistics Automation is responsible for developing, executing, and growing a defined portfolio of strategic accounts operating within highly automated warehousing, distribution and fulfillment environments. These customers utilize complex, high throughput automation systems (including platforms such as AutoStore) where uptime, power stability, and reliable connectivity are mission critical to continuous operations.

This role serves as the primary commercial and strategic interface between Weidmüller and assigned accounts, aligning customer automation roadmaps with Weidmüller’s automation, power, and connectivity solutions. Success requires strong technical credibility, disciplined account planning, and cross-functional leadership to position Weidmüller as a long term infrastructure partner within advanced logistics ecosystems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop strategic enterprise accounts operating in high density , uptime-critical automation environments, achieving defined revenue, margin and strategic growth targets.
• Develop, document, and execute long term strategic account plans aligned with customers automation roadmaps and capital investment cycles.
• Drive new business growth and expand customer penetration across multiple Weidmüller solution portfolios; positioning APS, CP, and DFC offerings as foundational infrastructure within automation architectures.
• Build and deepen executive level and technical stakeholder relationship across assigned accounts to strengthen long term strategic alignment and account influence.
• Engage directly with end users, system integrators and automation partners to influence specification within complex material handling and robotic systems (i.e. AutoStore).
• Conduct structured technical discovery to identify operational risk and infrastructure gaps, translating findings into scalable, value driven solutions.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and CRM documentation to support business visibility and planning accuracy.
• Provide market intelligence related to logistics automation trends, technology adoption, and customer buying behavior.
• Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and product teams to align solutions to customer needs.
• Represent Weidmüller at relevant industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Participate in internal meetings and planning sessions to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and quality regulations, including ISO 9001, OSHA CFR 1910, and internal policies.
• Report potential risks or non-conformities within the Quality Management System to the appropriate management level.
• Perform additional duties assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of industrial automation systems, warehouse automation, material handling, and related control architectures.
• Experience supporting or selling into highly automated logistics, distribution, or fulfillment operations.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree (MS/MBA highly preferred) in Engineering, Information Technology, Data/Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience related to developing business strategies and closing solutions to technical application challenges.
• Experience engaging directly with end users, system integrators, or OEMs in warehouse or logistics environments.
• Familiarity with large-scale distribution or fulfillment operations strongly preferred.

Travel Requirements & Physical Demands

• Must be able to travel up to 50% of time as dictated by business need (including overnight and possibly international).
• Must be able to travel via airplane.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate an automobile for up to six hours at a time.

• Valid Class B CDL Airbrake endorsement required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
