The Sr. National Sales Manager for ARAMARK and Sodexo/Entegra National Accounts is the strategic and commercial lead for these customers for Lactalis Midwest Yogurt, Inc. This role is accountable for maximizing compliance, negotiating profitable volume growth, and growing market share within the entire ARAMARK and Sodexo/Entegra eco-systems, which are comprised of many diverse channels from Colleges & Universities to Leisure and Arenas. This Leader executes the national strategy, manages the day-to-day relationship at the headquarters level, and drives field-level engagement to ensure program activation and adherence.
Account Ownership: Serve as the primary, day-to-day headquarters contact for key decision-makers within Aramark, Sodexo/Entegra and manage the customer relationship locally. Develop and implement national strategies to increase sales, drive new product adoption, category penetration, and program upgrades across their operating units.
Contract Management: Negotiate and manage annual operating plans, national contracts, and promotional calendars, ensuring maximum recovery of trade spend and compliance targets.
Field Execution: Work closely with the Broker team to ensure the national programs are accurately executed at the local site level and that all operational issues (\"last mile\" issues) are resolved promptly.
Category Management: Leverage customer-specific data and internal analytics to identify white space opportunities, category gaps, and opportunities for assortment expansion, and present data-driven business cases to the customer.

The Sr. National Sales Manager for K-12 Bid is the subject matter expert responsible for the national K-12 bid strategy, planning, and execution of our Lactalis Midwest Yogurt, Inc. Portfolio (Yoplait, GoGURT, Trix Yogurt, & Mountain High) within the K-12 segment. This is a highly analytical and technical commercial role focused on maximizing our participation and profitability in all state and national school district bid cycles, aligning our product portfolio with USDA SBP/NSLP/CACFP regulations. This Leader works in close cooperation with the Trade & Finance Teams internally to set the multi-year bid strategy, and is a key influencer to Marketing & R&D to establish the innovation pipeline in the K-12 channel. This Leader also works closely with the K-12 Bid Specialist team at the Broker to execute the strategy flawlessly nationwide in each cycle.

We are seeking an Infrastructure and Application Management Services Director to oversee IT Services and Application Management Services (AMS).
This role is responsible for directing the teams that deliver IT shared services across the global Shaw organization. This includes oversight of the IT Service Desk, International IT Support, and Application Managed Services (AMS) for large-scale platforms for Cloud enterprise systems and applications. The role will also manage third party service provider engagements and may hire contractors as needed to meet the companyโs IT service demands.
Reporting to the Vice President of IT User Experience, this position ensures that Shaw associates and facilities around the globe receive high-quality 24/7 IT service. This role will collaborate with Sr IT and business leadersโboth domestic and internationalโto define IT service strategies that support business and digital objectives. These strategies are executed through direct and indirect reporting structures and are measurable by leveraging performance indicators aligned with IT and business service level agreements.
This role emphasizes service excellence and user experience in alignment with Shawโs IT strategy and The Shaw Way. It also includes mentoring and coaching associates who demonstrate leadership potential, passion, and sound judgment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for end user shared support services.
- Lead the application managed services (AMS) program strategy
- Foster a high-performance culture across vendor and internal teams.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders globally to align services with enterprise goals.
- Lead strategic planning for technology refresh support, service innovation, and AI adoption for service delivery.
Operational Oversight
- Provide direction for outsourced delivery of service desk and AMS operations.
- Oversee capital planning and OPEX budgeting for end user services.
- Direct service delivery improvements through KPIs, SLAs, and ITIL-aligned processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all service areas.
Innovation & Transformation
- Lead transformation efforts for a global IT services model, including AMS programs
- Lead adoption of service-related AI, automation, and digital workplace tools.
- Champion user-centric service models and agile delivery practices.
Vendor & Financial Management
- Manage global relationships with key partners for service delivery engagements.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization for shared services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the engagement and ensure effectiveness of third-party Application Managed Services for key Shaw enterprise systems, such as Oracle Fusion, internal mainframe systems, packaged imaging system, pricing solutions, etc. ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and service quality.
- Lead enterprise transformation efforts and provide strategic direction for global IT Service Desk 24x7 support.
- Lead and support the International IT Support Manager and IT support personnel.
- Drive transformation in IT service quality; implement continuous improvement to resolve service issues while focusing on cost optimization efforts.
- Contribute to the development of strategic IT infrastructure and service direction.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to assess service needs and ensure the IT Service organization is structured to meet them.
- Monitor KPIs for the performance and efficiency of service areas and third-party service providers to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Develop and manage capital and operating budgets for the IT service organization and AMS program.
- Set, monitor, and communicate departmental goals.
- Apply the Performance Experience (PX) model to manage team performance.
- Hire, develop, and allocate staff to support business needs.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, consultants, and service providers.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and committees as needed.

Required Experience & Education:
- Bachelorโs degree in IT/Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field
- 8+ years in AMS and IT shared services leadership roles with proven experience in managing large-scale AMS engagements.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and AMS operating models.
- Experience in ticketing tools (e.g. Service Now/ADO) and SLA/KPI-driven delivery environments.
- Proven experience in global service transformation.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with industrial computing in manufacturing and distribution environments is a plus.
- Experience in multi-technology AMS environments.
- Familiarity with automation and AI-driven AMS solutions.
- International business and travel experience preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
Work Schedule/Location: This position is a hybrid position based in Dalton, GA, with the expectation that you will be in the Dalton, GA office for a minimum of three (3) days per week. The days to be onsite are flexible, with the exception of some scheduled mandatory management and team meetings, scheduled in-person business meetings, and/or specific days at the managerโs request. Hybrid schedule is subject to change in the future.

TheVice President, Income Taxis a strategic role responsible for all areas of our income tax function, including domestic and foreign income tax planning and research, compliance with tax laws and regulations in all jurisdictions in which we operate, transfer pricing and application of ASC 740. The Vice President, Income Tax will work closely with international finance personnel, Financial Planning, Treasury, Legal and Business Development and would play a key role in tax planning around potential mergers and acquisitions. This individual will be required to develop an intimate knowledge of the Companyโs business and serve as a team player. Leadership, communication, ability to influence and collaboration with cross-functional teams and third-party consultants will be key to driving effectiveness in this key area.

Responsibilities:
Income Tax Accounting and Reporting:
- Coordinate with FP&A and Treasury to maintain quarterly tax schedules and reporting.
- Manage the preparation and review of the income tax provision; effectively communicate results to senior management and from time to time, the Audit Committee.
- Respond to all inquiries concerning income tax accounting matters.
- Support the review of income tax accounting and returns by the Companyโs auditors.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and support reviews / testing with Internal Audit.
- Prepare all income tax disclosures in audited financial statements.
- Execute all monthly close activities, including account analyses and reconciliations.
Income Tax Planning:
- Perform tax planning that minimizes the Companyโs cash taxes and effective income tax rate; effectively manage the Companyโs tax attributes.
- Proactively investigate any opportunities for federal, state and local tax incentives.
- Support the Companyโs efforts in major business initiatives and transactions.
- Drive realization of the Companyโs tax strategies, including appropriate involvement of Finance, Legal, and other internal constituents and external advisors.
- Maintain readiness for new legislation and changes in tax laws, such as Pillar II.
Income Tax Compliance and Examinations:
- Work with international finance team members to maintain and actively manage a global income tax compliance calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all income tax returns / extensions and timely remittance of estimated payments.
- Manage tax examinations and investigate and resolve tax notices received.
- Oversee compliance with foreign withholding and reporting.
Transfer Pricing and Intercompany:
- Oversee all aspects of the Companyโs transfer pricing, including required reports and analyses and quarterly journal entries.
- Work with Treasury to settle intercompany balances and to ensure appropriate funding to international subsidiaries.
- Reply to local requests and inquiries related to transfer pricing documentation.
Other:
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
- Execute ad-hoc projects, such as legal entity rationalization.
- Maximize effectiveness of relationship with income tax co-source service provider.
- BS in Accounting required; masterโs degree in tax preferred; CPA required.
- Minimum 18+ years of relevant tax experience (including a combination of public accounting and corporate tax experience).
- Retail and / or consumer products background.
- Prior experience and expertise in domestic and international taxation, including income tax accounting, compliance and transfer pricing.
- Subject matter expert in income tax accounting principles and book/tax differences.
- Proven track record of creating and managing income tax functions.
- Prior experience in managing small teams in a matrix organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving process innovation and improvement.
- Familiarity with consolidation and financial reporting systems and processes.
- Experience with tax accounting software, such as OneSource, is a plus.

Salary Range: $230,000 - 290,000
