Responsibilities
- Review submitted non-conformances and validated actual non-conformances with Metrology lab, participate in required conference calls and meetings.
- Technical expertise to interpret aerospace drawings / blueprints.
- Track and route eNMS tickets as required.
- Complete change management documentation as required.
- Perform First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102 standards.
- Knowledge on Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on fully assembled and sub-assembly parts to ensure conformity and on time delivery.

- Conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements
- Audit production workers to ensure NADCAP guidelines are being met, as well as adhering to quality planning.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business from an accredited university or college.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Aviation / Engineering.
- Prior experience with metrology, blueprints interpretation, Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) measurement techniques.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

This individual will have overall responsibility for directing and conducting assigned projects to maintain or improve production processes and process controls for a manufacturing location.
Responsible for installing new equipment and associated work instructions; develop schedules, budgets and forecasts; selecting materials, equipment, project resources, and contractors to ensure all aspects of the design are reviewed technically and commercially for scope, safety, quality, and functionality with guidance and support from plant engineer or divisional engineering leaders. Your Day to Day:
- Advise and influence business and plant management in potential application of new advances to existing plant facilities, design of new production facilities, and implement enhancements to systems and procedures.
- Develop, guide, review, and present project feasibility documents and business cases that accurately identify project benefits, risks, and returns while driving projects to completion

This is the fourth level within the four-level classification series.
The Wastewater Capital Project Manager IV is a lead resource for lower-level project managers.
Wastewater Capital Project Manager IVs are typically assigned multiple technically complex, highly visible, and high-risk projects with complex multi-engineering discipline elements.
Lead and direct high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration.
Negotiate contract scopes, schedules, budgets, and contract changes.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
Lead negotiation of interagency or local agreements.
Present projects to elected officials, community groups, and the public.
Procure and administer consultant contracts.
Oversee and supervise the preparation of all contract negotiations, change orders, interpretation and compliance monitoring.
Work with other departments in developing and initiating capital improvement projects to resolve problems and/or issues regarding facilities.
Identify project scope, budget, funding and schedule for these projects.
Provide lead direction and mentoring for lower-level capital project managers.
Administer project and contract requirements and standards in accordance with King County policies and procedures.
Perform duties as defined in the WTD project management manual using PMI methodology.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Telecommuting okay within Washington state and within a reasonable distance to the King County worksite, with some onsite work required.
The work associated with this position will be performed through a combination of teleworking complemented with onsite work and meetings as needed.
Employees will have access to shared workspaces at various King County facilities.

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Center of Excellence Leader, the Project Management Intern is responsible for assisting the Center of Excellence with business sponsored projects, driving system implementations, and process changes. They will partner with internal customers to understand the objectives associated with a project, and ensure requirements are properly defined and documented in accordance with the HT Project Management Process. The Project Management Intern will assist with project planning, project oversight, facilitation, and escalation of project issues and support of project staff.
