- Strong command of survey operations and fieldwork workflows, with familiarity in research methodology, sampling logic, and data interpretation concepts (preferred but not required).
- Hands on experience with survey platforms, including Forsta Surveys (Decipher), and the ability to guide clients and internal teams in platform usage and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and executive level presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences and influence decision making.
- Advanced technical proficiency, including strong MS Office fluency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and comfort working with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Teamwork, and Slack.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $54,000 to $68,000 .It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. We are searching for a Project Accountant with a successful track record of working with Project Managers to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, fosters our team spirit, and wants to join a highly creative, collaborative finance team. This is a nonexempt role.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for overall timely and accurate invoicing, including:
- Review and preparation of draft invoices to distribute to Project Managers (review contracts, consultants, purchase orders, back-up requirements, etc.)
- Meet with PMs to review draft invoices and discuss project status
- Provide unposted labor detail reports to PMs and make necessary transfers
- Review reimbursable and direct expenses billed to projects
- Attend Project Manager meetings (project start-up)
- Maintain budgets (accurate accounting of project costs vs. project billings)
- Responsible for following project close-out guidelines
- Update invoice tracking spreadsheet
- Review AR ledger to ensure invoice accounts were properly booked

Consultant Management
- Reconciliation of consultant expense accounts
- Reviews subconsultant contracts and completes fee allocation in Deltek Vision
- Track consultant fees against consultant expenses and reimbursables
- Reviews consultant invoice with PM for approval, and enters consultant invoice with correct GL code
- Ensure consultant invoices are processed accurately and timely
- Reconcile consultant revenue accrual/recognition
- Provide consultants and Project Managers with timely updates regarding consultant's payment status and other consultant fee inquires
Collections
- Review aged AR report daily
- Follow-up with PMs and/or clients regarding open invoices (over 30-days, short payment, and duplicate payment)
- Provide invoice copies to client and/or PMs
- Research payment discrepancies and stay abreast on AR issues
Project Maintenance
- Conduct monthly audits to ensure project financials are accurately stated in accounting system
- Maintains updated project information in Deltek Vision (compensation and contract)
- Create spreadsheets to track consultants and other billing fees
- Maintain accurate filing system
- Ensure work authorization/contracts are filed in network folder
- Review project pipeline data, and ensure information is accurate and consistent with staffing and revenue plan

5F is searching for a Mechanical Project Manager for its construction team. This role will provide overall management direction for a project or group of projects and will perform additional duties that include procuring equipment and subcontracts, monitoring and accurately projecting job costs, maintaining billing and schedules and providing technical support and leadership to the field. ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Construction Project Executive at Bowa Construction, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-value healthcare construction projects across multiple regions. These projects may include hospitals, medical office buildings, specialty clinics, and other mission-critical healthcare facilities. This executive leadership role requires deep expertise in healthcare construction, strong operational oversight, and the ability to manage projects within highly regulated environments.
You will be responsible for overall project performance from preconstruction through closeout, while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare clients, design partners, and internal teams. This role also supports healthcare market growth, procurement strategy, and company-wide operational initiatives across BOWA’s portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client & Stakeholder Leadership
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact for healthcare clients, owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Lead executive-level meetings, progress reviews, and planning sessions to ensure alignment on scope, budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements.
- Support business development efforts within the healthcare sector by strengthening client relationships and identifying repeat and future opportunities.
Project Oversight & Execution
- Provide strategic oversight across the full project lifecycle, including preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and closeout.
- Lead execution of healthcare projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards, infection control requirements, and healthcare regulatory guidelines.
- Partner closely with field leadership and project management teams across regions to drive performance, accountability, safety, and collaboration.
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and oversee senior project managers, project managers, engineers, and support staff across multiple healthcare projects and locations.
- Facilitate regular coaching, performance feedback, and professional development to build strong and capable project teams.
- Foster a culture of integrity, inclusion, accountability, and excellence throughout all phases of project delivery.
Financial & Operational Excellence
- Oversee project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, billing, and cash flow management.
- Lead contract strategy, subcontractor negotiations, procurement planning, and vendor partnerships specific to healthcare work.
- Ensure project financials align with company goals, reporting standards, and executive leadership expectations.
Innovation & Process Improvement
- Champion the use of construction technology, lean construction principles, and best practices tailored to healthcare environments.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing systems, processes, and lessons learned across healthcare projects to improve consistency and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with 8+ years experience delivering healthcare projects.
- Proven track record managing complex healthcare facilities valued at $50M+ from preconstruction through closeout.
- Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements, including regulatory compliance, permitting, safety, and infection control protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary project teams across multiple geographic areas.
- Advanced knowledge of contracts, procurement strategies, scheduling, and construction financial management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead executive-level discussions and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED are preferred.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Primary responsibility for implementing projects that align with HMC and King County 2020 Bond Capital equipment projects and initiatives at Harborview Medical Center
Responsible for space, move and construction projects
You will work throughout the 2 million square foot campus and interact with front line staff, managers, administrative staff, hospital leadership, engineering and maintenance, construction services, infection control, environmental services and several other departments
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assure that space, move and construction projects meet regulations
Process and complete furniture request work orders in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate quotes and purchase of furniture with vendors and end users
Issue work orders for minor construction work needed to support small furniture and move requests, i.e. installing or moving electrical outlets, installation of data/phone ports, cleaning, and painting spaces
Collaborate with Harborviews Interior Design Lead
Assist with move coordination on major Capital Projects
Space and occupancy assessment to ensure workspaces are in accordance with our guidelines and principles
Work with the Space Manager to resolve space requests and implement moves
Work with Harborviews Architect to confirm ADA clearances code and egress requirements are met
With Direction from the Design Shared Services Manager/Interior Design Leader- Programming, feasibility and test-to-fit studies of proposed projects for the ongoing major renovations and expansions of existing facilities related to capital and in-house projects
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Interior design, architecture or planning
6-8 years experience in construction project management, move coordination, interior design, or small projects management occupied healthcare experience preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated requirements
