Day to Day:

As a Transportation Design Engineer, you will work on roadway and transportation design projects, applying your civil engineering expertise to develop plans. Your daily tasks include creating and refining designs using MicroStation with Open Roads or AutoCAD with Civil 3D to ensure accuracy and compliance. You’ll collaborate with project managers and team members to review design specifications, resolve technical challenges, and maintain project schedules. Site visits will be part of your routine, where you’ll assess conditions and ensure adherence to safety codes and requirements. Job Description:

• This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting FPGA-based solutions for advanced robotic and medical systems. The engineer will own RTL design from architecture through validation, working hands-on across the full FPGA development lifecycle, including simulation, timing closure, hardware bring-up, and system-level debugging.
• The position requires close collaboration with hardware, firmware, software, and systems teams in a highly cross-functional, regulated R&D environment to deliver reliable, safety-critical technology.

Job Description:

As a member of the technical staff, the Design Engineer is responsible for the design of electrical distribution transformers. This includes specification reviews, design reviews, product development, cost savings analysis, quotes and quality and reliability improvements. The engineer will provide technical support for Marketing and external customers and also be responsible for factory support.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelors in Electrical Engineering

Preferred Requirements:

• Electrical Power Systems, Electrical Machines, Electromagnetic Fields Concentration and/or previous work experience with design of electrical transformers
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and Access)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD software
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Programming skills
