The CNC Lathe Operator is responsible for the manufacture of parts per plant specifications in an accurate and timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Set up; edit and operate CNC lathes.
2. Inspect completed parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
3. Cleans work area.
4. Remove tooling, fixturing, and return inspection equipment to proper area.
5. Minor machine maintenance (i.e. greasing, oiling, etc.)

Requires mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Must perform metric conversions.
Requires good oral and written communication skills in order to interact with employees.

Possess a good mechanical aptitude and/or prior machinist experience a plus

Lou-Rich Training Requirements:
Applicable training will be completed by following the syllabi (Human Resources, Safety, IFS Time clock, IFS - Navigation, ISO, Inspection Hand Tools, Inspection Forms, CMM, and Technical) for each new hire and that will be verified by the Employee Orientation & Job Qualification form within the first 60 days of employment. Additional applicable training will be completed by following the individuals assigned department training matrix, CNC.
Follow training syllabus (Technical from above list). Effectiveness of training guidelines will be determined by employee knowledge and demonstration of learned concepts. Additional training after the first several weeks of on the job training will be determined by the Supervisor in preparation to operate on their own as needed. Sales and Service:

Requirements:

- Adjust or move store fixtures including but not limited to garment racks, mannequins, shipment boxes or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions on a frequent basis; may need to adjust or move objects or merchandise weighing as much as 50 pounds in all directions on occasion and with assistance as available.
- Retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level on a frequent basis, which may include climbing up to a 12-foot ladder; may need to replace overhead lightbulbs, signs, etc. on an occasional basis using up to a 12-foot ladder.

- The Driver Position May Be Required to Repeatedly Lift up to 50 Pounds, & Move & Maneuver up to 100 Pounds, As Well As Mount & Dismount the Truck Multiple Times Every Route
Requirements:
- 21 Years of Age & Legally Eligible to Work in the United States
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Airbrake Endorsement
- 1-year CDL driving experience in the last 7 years.
- Great Safety Record and Clean MVR
- Experience as a Driver or Helper for a Refuge Company is Highly Preferred
- Working Knowledge of DOT, OSHA & Applicable Traffic Regulations
- Ability to Speak & Read English to Converse with the General Public, understand Highway Traffic & Signals, Respond to Official Questions & Make Legible Entries on Reports & Records
- Read & Understand a Map
- Meet Physical & Safety Requirements of the Position.
- Willing & Able to Work Required Worked Hours as Allowed Under DOT Regulation & May Include Weekend, Night &/Or Holiday Work
