Overview


Optimize room and catering revenue through the development and implementation of effective inventory management and pricing strategies. Monitor all distribution channels to ensure effective selling. The role will also assist with creating and designing client and family facing communication for social media and website content.

Relationships and Contacts

Education and Experience

Position requires 2 + years of related experience. Master’s Degree preferred. As a Client Success Manager on the Operational Analytics & Innovations (OAI) you will drive the vision and execution of the OAI Product & Services and will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and assessing the work of the development team, ensuring that products meet customer needs and align with strategic goals.
