Job Overview: The rewind operator is responsible for the operation of an inspection machine/slitter and/or rewind tabletop machine, assuring quality labels are sent to the customer.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures.
- Read job ticket carefully before setting up and running machine.
- Input job order information into the computer; set specifications on the machine (measurement accuracy and attention to detail required).
- Attach slitting blades to machine when necessary.
- Inspect and remove all defects, properly re-splice the roll, stamp each role.
- Lift order onto the machine.
- View labels with assistance of strobe light.
- Comply with quality assurance specifications of the customer and Macaran, including but not limited to handling procedures, paperwork requirements, and operation of the quality inspection machine.
- Complete quality assurance sheet and associated documentation.
- Responsible for following processes and procedures.
- Responsible for cleanliness of machinery and organization of the workspace; light maintenance of machinery and slitting blades may also be required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Lifting to fifty pounds is required.
- A good eye for color and attention to detail is required.
- 3+ years of label rewind machine operation preferred.
- Prior experience running Rotoflex HSI Series machines or other comparable machines preferred.
- Ability to decipher colors.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate slitter, rewinder, or flexo press machines according to job specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform job changeovers with minimal downtime
- Inspect finished rolls for accuracy, proper tension, and defects
- Accurately record production and quality data
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Load, unload, label, and prepare materials for shipping
- Complete approximately two weeks of training on first shift prior to transitioning to assigned shift
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating slitter, rewinder, or flexographic press equipment preferred
- Experience working with film, paper, foil, or label materials
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots, hair nets, and beard nets

Schedule & Compensation
- Bi-weekly payroll via direct deposit
- Second Shift: Mon to Thurs 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (10-hour shifts - off Fri to Sun)

Position Title: Quality Manager (Supplement Manufacturing Industry)
Position Overview:
In this role, we are looking for a detail-oriented Quality leader who is highly skilled in food safety, food quality, and good manufacturing practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage initiatives that ensure product safety, uniformity, and quality across all dietary supplement and nutrition manufacturing operations.
- Direct Quality Assurance and Regulatory functions, including team oversight and process management.

Summary
The Multi-Family Assistant Fulfillment Manager is responsible for customer service, generating quotes, order, and invoice processing, picking, and packing products for shipping, preparing shipping labels, unloading freight as needed and verifying inventory received. Some interaction with customers is required. This position requires customer service skills, a team mentality, and a high degree of accuracy.
Essential Job Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Keep work area clean and organized to include racks, shelves, and bins.
- Fulfill orders by pulling materials, packing boxes, palletizing, and preparing shipments, and printing bills of lading and shipping labels.
- Complete accurate paperwork for shipping and invoicing.
- Track shipments for customers.
- Unload and count inbound shipments.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license, safe/good driving record
- Forklift operation experience is required
