What We’re Looking For
Required Experience

Job Summary
Under general direction, the VP of Recruiting will monitor daily operations of the recruiting department and actively assist or provide direction to other recruiters. Primary Responsibilities

- Provide recommendations to the SVP for improving recruitment operations, policies and procedures, and strategies. Participate in determining overall objectives and long-range goals of the recruitment function
- Assist recruitment staff in the assessment of competency needs for roles in order to provide and refer quality candidates to hiring managers
- Develop an effective recruitment selection strategy to build a diverse talent pool of quality candidates
- Provide guidance to recruitment staff on the offer process, reference and background checks, salary recommendations; offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/turn downs

DescriptionJob Summary: Set up and process components on Manual and/or CNC machines in the disciplines such as Lathes, Mills, Grinders and Hone. The machinist will be responsible for comprehending the Instructions for Continuous Airworthiness, understanding and performing efficient set-ups and repairs on components are successfully compliant, completed while operating in a safe, clean, organized environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Log into each job in workflow, assist in the set-up and running of jobs as an identified trainee to include identifying programs that match paperwork, assisting measuring component, assisting double checking each step prior to running component.
- Ensure inspection of tools are within proper calibration at all times of use, including but not limited to: micrometers, gage blocks, bore gauges.
- Ensure proper paperwork is compliant and verified (Serial Number, Part Number, Correct Operation, Correct repair information) to include documentation of maintenance (ICA's), rework travelers, blank travelers.

Essential DutiesProvide administrative support to the recruiting team, including processing and tracking reimbursement requests, organizing receipts, reviewing applications, and assisting with general day-to-day administrative tasks.
Prepare and distribute a variety of correspondence related to the recruiting process, including offer and rejection letters. Maintain student files and required documentation, update recruiting databases, and assist with data entry.
Support interview logistics by entering and distributing interview schedules, resumes, and transcripts to interviewing attorneys.
Assist with the preparation and execution of the summer associate program, including maintaining summer associate, event, and work product files, creating nametags, and supporting event logistics.
Provide administrative support for onboarding processes, including organizing paperwork, tracking required documents, and assisting with coordination efforts.
Assist with the use and maintenance of recruiting technology platforms and systems to support and improve recruiting processes.
Other responsibilities include assisting the Director of Attorney Recruitment, Managers and Coordinators with related responsibilities.
The Recruiting Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Manager of Entry-Level Recruiting.
