Description

Summary: The full-time Assistant Manager is a full-time hourly employee whose primary function is the operation and supervision of a theatre and its employees, and to act as a representative to Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Upholding and administering all theatre policies.
  • The training, developing, coaching and supervising of non-management employees.
  • Operating all projection and audio-visual equipment within the theatre, both hardware and software, and maintenance as required. Working knowledge of all systems within facility in Booth and Projection technology including maintenance, programming, TMS operation and all related projection skills.
  • Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable. If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, you must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol according to state or local laws. It is your responsibility to complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. In addition, you must complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
  • Performing all staff positions as required.
  • Monitoring risk management as it pertains to the theatre, i.e., employee and patron safety, loss prevention, emergency situations, and the proper handling, reporting, and investigating of accidents.
  • Counting, depositing, and reconciling all receipts taken in during a business day. Receipts include cash, credit cards, coupons, gift cards, checks, discount tickets, and any other mode of payment or accountability deemed applicable by Regal.
  • The interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, counseling, suspending of any cast member, with the oversight from the General Manager or senior management of the facility, and after conferring with the Human Resources Manager, terminating of any employee. Properly administrating all applicable paperwork and upholding all company policies as they pertain to Human Resources.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, or a combination thereof, or, after showing potential leadership and/or management skills to theatre management, which is subject to DM approval.
  • If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol according to state or local laws. It is your responsibility to complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. In addition, you must complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.

Language Ability:

Possess good public speaking skills. Effectively communicate in both oral and written form with employees, vendors, corporate staff, etc. Listen effectively, respond clearly and directly, and ability to explain information to others.

Math Ability:

Reasoning Ability:

Coordinate the initiation of specific home health services, DME services, diagnostics, etc.
Administer specified medication (orally, intradermal, subcutaneous, or intramuscular injection) and note time and amount in patient's chart. Observe each patient and report adverse reactions to medication or treatment to the medical personnel in charge.
Dress wounds, apply compresses, ice bags, and hot water bottles. Assemble and use such equipment as catheters and oxygen suppliers.
Collect samples such as urine and sputum from patients for testing. Perform routine laboratory tests on samples.
Sterilize equipment and supplies by following clinic policy. Maintains the cleanliness of the facility, exam rooms, and instrumentation per practice and OSHA policies. Prepare exam rooms with the necessary instruments.
Order supplies per clinical standards.
Document all incidents according to mandated rules and regulations and properly dispose of contaminated and disposable items.
Lead the Medical Assistants in each clinic in improving patient flow. Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and timeliness. Initiate staffing changes and direct work tasks as necessary to manage fluctuating volumes.

Position Summary

The Retail Sales Merchandiser (RSM) is responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to ensure Client standards are met and volume is increased.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and Merchandising

  • Maintain Client objectives by ensuring secondary placements of product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics
  • Shelf Standards and Conditions: authorization of items to meet Client shelf schematic standards
  • Meet Client and Company objectives by maintaining full distribution on existing SKUs.
  • Take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing POS materials for products on shelf
  • Prepare for and respond to audits
  • Manage time and prioritize for store call coverage
  • Complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
  • May provide feedback for Client audit objectives

Customer Relations

  • Communicate effectively both internally with management and externally with all customers
  • Build rapport with Clients and Customers
  • Field questions and proactively develop action plans to resolve issues

Additional Responsibilities

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office, field, retail store, or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive. The use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking is essential.
