Title: User Experience (UX) Designer

As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you independently complete end-to-end tasks that are integrated into an overarching project or program. You accomplish this by proactively identifying, defining, and communicating problems within the project or product team(s), and deliver practical and/or creative ways to fix them. You have a working knowledge of UX design principles, user-centered product development methodologies, design systems, and research tools. You work with minimal guidance to complete work such as: analyzing or anticipating user needs, identifying product or platform requirements, iteratively improving design solutions based on UX testing and partner/stakeholder input, and creating innovative design solutions to defined user, product, and business problems. You demonstrate the ability to build design tools and deliver outputs including the product or platform. This includes the ability to question the execution and craft to assess how well-considered the design work is for appropriateness, longevity, collaboration, and scaling.
Responsibilities include:
- Create design concepts (e.g., mock-ups, prototypes, models) for informing product ideation and user research/testing or conduct research independently to inform design.
- drive contributions to a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products. Assist in design and testing processes, and generate support for a design vision with partners.
- Help create innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems. Adapt to evolving design constraints and communicate rationale of choices related to design solutions.
- Apply or adapt UX design frameworks for user experiences, including principles, patterns, and systems. Leverage standard writing and design tools to help visualize ideas or develop mock-ups or prototypes. Tailor deliverables to product or platform requirements with minimal guidance. Identify and follow design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.
- Iteratively improve design based on UX testing and partner/stakeholder input with minimal guidance, and provide feedback to engage stakeholders on product design and achieve product goals.
- Help gain support for design strategy across partners. Communicate design approach to other designers or partners (e.g., product manager), and identify challenges and questions.
- Use and help propose new, key data and metrics to evaluate product impact. Understand the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry (e.g., competitors) by collaborating with team members when developing design solutions.
- Plan and prioritize design work across projects, and communicate priorities to team members. Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities to expand responsibilities within the immediate product team.
- Collaborate with engineers to communicate and/or influence design intention. Manage specifications (e.g., design spec s, mock-ups, or product models) for implementation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in corporate travel coordination or executive assistant roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities required
- Proven ability to manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Familiarity with travel management systems (e.g. Concur, SAP Travel, CWT)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications and

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Patient Experience and Denials Prevention analytics products focused on healthcare revenue workflows in healthcare. This role provides both strategic and people leadership, overseeing a team of Product Owners while working cross-functionally to ensure our solutions deliver measurable value to healthcare providers.
The Product Manager will collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Product Management and fellow Product Managers to define portfolio strategy and drive cross-product alignment. This role is responsible for turning market needs and business goals into actionable roadmaps, partnering across the organization to deliver high-impact analytics products that support operational efficiency and financial performance in the revenue cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product direction for a defined domain, including shaping the roadmap, aligning with business objectives, and ensuring successful delivery
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, supporting their development and ensuring clear priorities and execution
- Collaborate with other Product Managers and the Sr. Director of Product Management to develop and maintain an integrated product portfolio strategy
- Translate customer and market needs into business cases, value propositions, and prioritization frameworks
- Guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and adoption
- Ensure strong coordination with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Monitor product performance through defined KPIs and partner on go-to-market and enablement activities
- Maintain subject matter expertise in revenue management and revenue recovery workflows
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with 2+ years of team leadership preferred
- Proven ability to manage and mentor Product Owners or similar roles
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience leading through influence across departments
- Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, particularly revenue recovery processes
- Experience with analytics, SaaS, or data-driven solutions in a regulated or healthcare setting
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and attention to measurable outcomes
What we would like to see
- Experience with process diagrams and flowcharts (MS Visio, Draw IO, etc.)
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- SQL and database knowledge a plus

Position Overview:
UNIQLO USA is looking for a talented and energetic analyst to join our Customer Engagement Center. This individual will be responsible for finding ways to improve the overall customer experience based on Voice Of Customer (VOC). We expect this person to represent our current and future customers, working directly with management, and key department leaders.

- Collaborate with the Loss Prevention and Fraud Investigation teams to identify and resolve issues impacting customer experience.
- Is up to date and understanding of industry fraud trends
- Skills in defining requirements for operational changes or service improvement
- Capability to adhere to team processes and standards, while leading process improvement efforts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required, preferable areas of study are: Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Customer Service or similar
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics or E-commerce is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint as well as similar tools
- Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives.
