Lead the creative direction of women’s denim for two globally recognized brands — Scotch & Soda and Off-White. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Denim Designer to drive seasonal denim collections with a strong point of view, technical expertise, and commercial acumen.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
- 7–10 years of professional design experience with strong emphasis in women’s denim

THE PURPOSE:
The Senior Technical Designer, Women’s Denim plays a critical role in translating creative design concepts into high-quality, production-ready garments. This role partners closely with Design, Product Development, and overseas vendors to ensure fit, construction, and execution meet brand standards. With deep expertise in denim construction, pattern making, and fabric performance, this position serves as the technical bridge between concept and production.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)
- Create and maintain detailed technical packages, including specifications, tolerances, grading, construction details, stitch callouts, and fit comments.
- Partner with the Technical Design Manager and cross-functional teams to establish appropriate fit, function, and construction intent for each style.
- Lead fit sessions across multiple sizes, providing clear, actionable feedback to vendors to achieve consistent fit and quality.
- Collaborate closely with overseas manufacturers to develop accurate patterns and resolve construction or fit issues throughout the development process.
- Ensure all garment specifications—including measurements, stitching techniques, and finishing details—are clearly defined and executed.
- Conduct quality reviews and address discrepancies identified during development or production to ensure consistency across all runs.
- Act as a key liaison between Design and Production, proactively troubleshooting technical issues and supporting on-time delivery.
- Manage and track workflow for assigned styles, balancing deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

- Proven experience with 5-pocket styles, jumpsuits, dresses, fashion tops, and jackets
- Strong understanding of pattern making, grading, and garment construction techniques
- Hands-on experience leading fit sessions and executing pattern corrections
- Solid knowledge of fabrics, finishes, and how they impact fit and construction
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office; Full Circle experience a plus

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $100,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.

This LPN/CMA will support our Orthopedic Team (RNs, Physicians, and other providers). You will provide direct patient care in the ambulatory care setting to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment and Monitoring: Assist with initial patient assessments for those with conditions specific to podiatry or orthopedics, including measuring vital signs and taking medical histories.

Job Summary:
The primary focus of this position is to inspire a healthy lifestyle by serving amazing food and smoothies with a bit of tropical fun! The most critical part of the job is leading and developing your team while delivering unparalleled hospitality at all times. You must drive sales while managing expenses such as food and labor cost and recruit strong and qualified crew members, crew leaders, and an Assistant Manager. The Café Manager is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Café, maintaining high standards and conditions, fostering a positive environment, and providing fast and friendly service. You are expected to manage and work in the café at times.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Proven track record of developing people that were promoted under your leadership
- Knowledgeable and proficient in every position and willing to work in position when needed
- Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new Crew Members to ensure the café remains staffed at the appropriate level
- Able to “drive” the shift, keeping crew members on task by providing daily goals and clear direction
- Maintain employee schedule and be ready to fill in when needed
- Trains and coaches Crew Members/Crew Leaders during each shift to ensure brand standards are upheld.
- Manages and delegates daily functions of the café, including product preparation, making quality food and smoothies, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties
- Ensures that safe sanitation practices are being used in handling and preparing food in the kitchen
- Conducts food inventory weekly and is able to review inventory reports and identify issues.
- Manages all ordering and inventory processes, and reconciles invoices for all products
- Hits sales goals, manages labor, and controls inventory using the Micros MyInventory program
- Accountable for cash management through the daily safe count, counting cash drawers on every shift change, and explaining and finding cash shortages
- Responsible for correcting and submitting payroll hours by the bi-weekly deadline to ensure all crew members are paid appropriately
- Performs any additional tasks necessary to operate the café
- Attends weekly conference calls and additional training sessions as needed, as well as area meetings
- Reviews & understands Profit & Loss statements
- Expect to work a varied schedule, including weekends, holidays, late evenings and early mornings.

- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reachcing, and stretching.
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds.
