Position Overview
*Build and Overscale Training Platform:* Design and maintain high-performance training architecture supporting GPU clusters at the scale of tens of thousands of cards.
*Key Focus:* Establish a unified task scheduling and model management system (MLOps). All model training, checkpoint storage, and code version control must be exclusively conducted through this platform.
*Engineering-Led Data Governance:*
Develop end-to-end data processing pipelines covering cleansing, annotation, versioning, and secure storage.
*Key Focus:* Implement rigorous data access audit logs and data lineage tracking to ensure security and compliance of core data assets.
*Developer Experience as Control Mechanism:*
Maximize experimental efficiency through standardized toolchains, enabling researchers to focus solely on algorithm development without managing underlying configurations.
*Key Focus:* Codify “best practices” into reusable code templates.
*System Reliability and Disaster Recovery:*
Implement fault tolerance, automated model snapshot archiving, and continuity protocols to prevent loss of critical assets due to single points of failure (hardware or human).
Qualifications
*Background:* 10+ years in distributed systems, cloud computing, or high-performance computing (HPC), with prior experience in core infrastructure teams at leading firms such as Google, Meta, AWS, or NVIDIA.

The Role
We’re looking for a Strategic Sales & Partnerships Lead to drive new revenue and scale our partner ecosystem. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from sourcing and closing direct deals to managing and activating partnerships that expand Cascade’s reach.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, Head of Sales, and Marketing to accelerate growth through direct sales and strategic alliances.
What You'll Do
- Close New Business: Drive full-cycle sales for enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
- Activate Partnerships: Run partner demos, joint pitches, and field engagements to drive revenue through existing channels.
- Develop New Partnerships: Identify and activate new partnerships across PE firms, consulting groups, and cloud ecosystems (Azure, Google).
- Manage and Grow Existing Partners: Deepen relationships with key partners (Lockton, Mercer, etc.), align on goals, and track joint outcomes.
- Run Partner QBRs: Own quarterly reviews and ensure alignment on pipeline, co-marketing, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Partner on sales enablement, joint events, webinars, and channel content syndication to amplify reach.
- Shape GTM Partnership Strategy: Help define Cascade’s go-to-market channel and partnership strategy with Cascade GTM leadership team by leveraging your experience working with PE firms, benefits brokers, consultancies, and cloud ecosystem partners to identify scalable revenue opportunities.
About You
- 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in SaaS, AI, or HR Tech.

About the Role

Safety Management

Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Experience working on heavy civil construction, pipelines, sewage, water treatment plants, and water storage projects
- Experience working for a contractor as a Field Project Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Construction Management (BSCM) preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Certifications & Licenses
- Valid driver’s license
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Competent Person training
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, and work in active construction environments
- Regular lifting up to 10 lbs; frequent lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
