Description

The Sr Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the technical development, oversight and improvement of manufacturing processes within the area of responsibility. This individual will lead process optimization, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives. This role is accountable for achieving senior-level competence Plans and presents engineering program and product design reviews for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Develops and requests design and specification change releases. Assesses and communicates impact of engineering initiatives to functional groups. The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced technical depth, measurable impact on production performance, and the ability to mentor mid-level and entry-level engineers while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. This role is classified as Exempt for FLSA purposes and reports to the Engineering Manager.



Pay Range: $110,00.00 to $137,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.



Essential Responsibilities




  • Develop, release, and maintain detailed technical work instructions for the manufacture and repair of aerospace metallic structures and assemblies, ensuring full compliance with customer(s) engineering definition and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with CNC Programming group to develop and implement manufacturing plan for complex metallic machined components/assemblies.
  • Provide advanced technical support to Quality and Operations teams to achieve site-level Safety, Cost, Quality, and Delivery (SCQD) objectives; act as a primary escalation point for complex manufacturing issues.
  • Partner with Purchasing and Sales during the quoting process to define manufacturing approach, assess technical risk, establish labor standards, and ensure cost competitiveness.
  • Establish and validate operational standard hours using time studies and process analysis; drive accuracy in routing and capacity planning assumptions.
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and model-based definitions to ensure manufacturability; translate design requirements into controlled shop-floor documentation.
  • Train and mentor operators and junior engineers on manufacturing methods, process controls, and quality standards; elevate overall technical capability of the team.
  • Lead productivity and cost-reduction initiatives through Lean principles, waste elimination, and process optimization; quantify and report measurable performance improvements.
  • Develop, validate, and industrialize manufacturing processes for new product introduction (NPI), ensuring processes meet defined capability, repeatability, and quality targets prior to production release.
  • Evaluate nonconforming components and determine repair feasibility; develop and validate repair schemes in coordination with Engineering and Quality functions

Position Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or relevant technical discipline, or HS Diploma/GED w/equivalent composite/aerospace manufacturing/repair experience. 5+ years of technical experience with composites and/or aerospace components production or repair.

Desired Characteristics

  • Demonstrated experience creating, structuring, and maintaining complex multi-level Bills of Material (BOMs) for aerospace assemblies, ensuring configuration control and production readiness.
  • Proven experience in the developing and implementing machining strategies of large-scale metallic aerospace structures, including fixturing for both Milling and Turning.
  • Hands-on experience machining large metallic aerospace components, including process planning, tooling strategy, and dimensional validation.

The senior staff attorney will report to the legal director and play a key role in our litigation and advocacy across all areas of our work.

Oversees and manages MMA resources in the delivery of benchmark service to clients. Generally, this position is a very experienced individual contributor who manages 4-5 very complex accounts. Job Summary:

This Senior Manager is an important part of the Learning and Development team and has accountability for development strategies and programs for non-clinical team members. This role will report to the Director, L&D and partner closely with the Field leadership team to create and implement learning solutions and programming that support field team members at all stages of their development.


This Senior Manager is a proven leader who can effectively collaborate with the Field leadership team and other partners in Learning & Development and Human Resources. This leader is a strong performance consultant who can develop solutions and programming to build foundational to advanced knowledge, skills and abilities. This leader has experience orchestrating organizationally complex work and demonstrating business impact through data. This leader must also be hands-on with a willingness to analyze and build, unafraid to roll-up their sleeves to get projects done.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Field leadership team and the broader L&D and HR teams to understand specific development needs for Aspen Dental field team members, including operations skill development, leadership and professional development and business management skills.
  • Design, develop and deliver a suite of highly effective learning solutions, programs, tools and resources. Solutions may include formal learning programs, experiential learning assignments, coaching, etc.
  • Create and enable successful learning plans for each role including PSC, OM, OL, RM and TD.
  • Manage learning and development Field programs from end-to-end, design, development, communication, facilitation, implementation and program analysis.
  • Drive a learning culture within the Field team.
  • Understand the specific needs of each learner audience so you can advocate and adapt for their specific needs and preferences.
  • Lead a team of end-to-end, non-clinical L&D professionals, providing direction, coaching and support to optimize the performance and potential of each team member.
  • Evaluate existing Field programs/content for impact and alignment with organizational needs. Iterate and provide recommendations for learning experiences that increase reach, impact, and future capability requirements.
  • Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to improve the experience for future learners.
  • Serve as a Learning and Development thought partner. Proactively research and identify opportunities to apply new thinking to improve effectiveness and on the job performance. Stay in touch with learning field trends and best practices.
  • Partner with others to solve business problems and execute learning and development initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of 7+ years of relevant learning and development experience, ideally in a fast-paced organization with a distributed workforce.
  • A minimum of 5 years project management experience using project management tools to manage medium to large scale content development projects.
  • A minimum of 3+ years leading a team of L&D professionals.
  • Advanced understanding of adult learning theory and principles.
  • Highly developed skill in instructional design and implementing development programs for all audiences.
  • Strong business insight, with the ability to credibly make a business case, by linking current and anticipated business challenges with learning and development solutions.
  • Well versed in multiple applications of digital learning, just-in-time / micro-learning, and blended learning strategies.
  • Strong capabilities in data analytics (as it pertains to measuring learning).
  • Experience providing consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent facilitation skills. Experience in small and large group facilitation in multiple modalities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

We are seeking a Senior Pursuits Manager to add strategic depth and leadership to this high-performing team. By operating as a trusted advisor to brokers, the Senior Pursuits Manager will help craft compelling strategies, assemble integrated pursuit teams, and position Savills for success in competitive environments.


This is both a strategic and hands-on role. The right candidate will balance tactical execution with the ability to influence, coach, and lead senior professionals throughout the pursuit lifecycle. From uncovering prospect needs and shaping solutions, to guiding storylines, developing content, and preparing teams for presentations, the Senior Pursuits Manager will be accountable for ensuring pursuits are disciplined, creative, and client-focused.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Diagnose prospect needs in partnership with brokers, uncovering business drivers and aligning Savills’ capabilities into solutions that directly address client goals.
  • Assemble the right pursuit team by recommending and integrating experts across disciplines, including workplace strategy, financial consulting, project management, GIS & labor/location analytics, ESG, and others, to deliver a holistic, client-focused solution.
  • Drive pursuit positioning and story development, shaping the overarching narrative, coaching team members on win themes, and ensuring clarity and confidence in delivery.
  • Develop and evolve pursuit content throughout the lifecycle, sometimes months or more than a year, building on a consistent narrative and collaborating closely with Creative Services and pursuit colleagues to create compelling proposals, presentations, and supporting materials.
  • Coach and prepare pursuit teams for high-stakes presentations, ensuring consistent delivery of the story, confidence in key messaging, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Lead structured debriefs to capture lessons learned, provide feedback to brokers and team members, and identify opportunities to strengthen future pursuits.
  • Manage end-to-end deliverables for proposals, RFPs, and presentations, balancing competing priorities and deadlines while ensuring quality and alignment with win themes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine pursuit library content, capturing differentiators and best practices for reuse across the business.
  • Streamline pursuit processes and apply best practices in strategy, storytelling, and delivery to raise quality, improve consistency, and increase win probability.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in business development, marketing/communications or sales support for a professional services organization. Commercial real estate experience is required.
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization at all levels and functions while collaborating effectively.
