Job Summary and QualificationsThe Patient Safety and Risk Management Specialist is responsible for coordination and resolution of complaints and grievances made by patients and their representatives according to CMS and TJC guidelines and assisting with the quality and risk management functions of the hospital with a specific focus on patient safety.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a 5-bed ICU, with occasional floating to the ED, Med/Surg, or Peds units as needed. Your responsibilities will include:
