Description
The Maternity Support Services (MSS) Nurse has the responsibility for OB patient case management, as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary OB care team. Their role includes integration of the care provided by medical and OB specialized social services, ensuring our OB patients have the necessary care, resources, options and coordination for a healthy pregnancy and birth outcome. They provide direct patient care and education through in-person and phone appointments, follow up on pregnancy and delivery related services and procedures, and serve as a nursing resource to the OB team.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the integration and ongoing coordination of the individual care plan for OB Clinic patients, ensuring that the patient's medical and social support needs are addressed by our OB team.
- Performs direct care for OB patients within scope of practice, and services as a nursing resource for both patients and staff.
- Coordinates to ensure that patients have the information they need for their unique pregnancy, medical and social service needs.
- Ensures that the patient's care is fully documented and up to date to reflect care, services and treatments provided.
- Properly follows quality, safety, and infection control procedures and improvement efforts.
- Provides excellent service and support to patients and colleagues and as a leader within the team.
Requirements
- Job duties require knowledge and training in the field of Nursing typically acquired through a formal Associates degree or trade school program in Nursing.
- Must currently have a Registered Nursing licensure within the State of Washington.
- Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) preferred; previous experience in lactation support may be considered in lieu of certification.
- Ability to read and speak Spanish and/or Russian preferred but not required.
- Travel between work sites required. Must have reliable transportation and provide documentation of auto insurance and valid driver's license as required.

We are seeking a Community Support Program - Justice Involved (CSP-JI) Navigator for Connect2Recovery in Norwood!
In this vital, navigators provide case management and system navigation supports to Mass Health eligible justice involved individuals struggling with a diagnosis of substance use, mental health, and/or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
The purpose of CSP-JI services is to engage individuals with justice involvement and SUD/MH issues by assisting them in successfully living in the community.
The CSP-JI Navigator will:

How You'll Contribute:
The AV Installation and Support Services Technician is responsible for the installation, termination, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of low-voltage cabling systems, including voice, data, and video.
Assigned to Client and works full time from onsite location responsible for Installation and then maintaining the system after installation. Will conduct Preventive Maintenance and will assist with Service Tickets as needed. Will work with REMOTE support to troubleshoot Service Tickets as required.
This role ensures all work complies with industry standards and client requirements, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Technician will work onsite and will be responsible for preventive maintenance of the systems and will work with remote service technicians to address service tickets as needed.
What You'll Do:
- Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic cabling for voice, data, and video systems.
- Interpret blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams to determine cabling requirements and optimal routing.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on structured cabling systems and related hardware.
- Ensure all installations comply with relevant standards.
- Document all work performed, including test results and as-built drawings using BlueBeam.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized work environment.

Complexity:
This level of technician will be responsible for performing tasks on clients' jobsites with no supervision. This position is responsible for the coordination with clients, contractors and subcontractors. This position will be the key and only field technician in many situations and will be responsible for delegating work, working with remote support, and communicating with key stakeholders on behalf of the company. Requires maintaining quality control on all field work. This position requires the highest level of technical and people skills along with great communication skills.
Decision Making Authority:
This position is often alone on the job sites and requires making good judgement about decisions that need to be made. In general, the service manager, project manager and supervisor are available to answer questions, but this position is very independent and will be looked upon to make many onsite decisions on behalf of the service manager and company. This position requires good diplomacy in working with our clients and other key stakeholders on the job sites.

Summary
Research Support Services Coordinator I
The mission of Research Support Services (RSS) is to ensure research faculty have the equipment, space and logistics resources they need to be successful. A Research Support Services Coordinator I is primarily a research staff facing position, responsible for coordinating research support services related to research space, common equipment, ultra-low temperature storage units and participate during emergencies (i.e. Hurricanes).
The position will initially be based in the Research Support Services Department at our Magnolia Campus. Ultimately, the position will be located at Moffitt at Speros in Land OβLakes, FL once the facility opens mid-July 2026.

This is an experienced desk based Property Adjuster role working in a telephone concentrated environment without physical inspection of loss. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with paid overtime available. Training will be approximately 12 weeks, Monday to Friday and hours may vary by location. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to anΒ eight-hour work shiftΒ ranging between 8:00 am β 5:30 pm (local time) Monday to Friday with availability for occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs.

The Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) provides organizational, receptionist, and clerical support to patient care units and the health care team. Responsibilities:
Have a warm and welcoming personality that can engage with guest and genuinely provide exceptional guest service and perform service recovery when needed.
Perform routine troubleshooting for in-room issues and accommodate guest request
Take immediate and necessary steps to correct any safety hazards and cleanliness issues according to brand standard and hotel policy
maintain cleanliness of lobby, meeting room, restrooms, fitness center and all public spaces throughout shift (Sweep, mop, vacuum lobby, empty all trash cans)
Clean windows/doors as needed
Organize patio/pool deck furniture, set or remove cushions based on weather, empty trash
Walk the parking lot and maintain clean and safe grounds
Carpet cleaning
Assist in guest room preventative maintenance program
Complete trash and linen runs for the Room Attendants
Stock and organize supplies
Assist with inventory control
Adhere to Company uniform and attendance policies

Qualifications:
Previous hotel experience preferred, housekeeping or janitorial experience a plus
Previous Marriott experience a plus
Must have great people skills and spirit to serve
Able to be on your feet for an 8 hour shift
Ability to perform physical and repetitious tasks including pushing, pulling, lifting and gripping.
Able to work morning and evening shift, weekends and holidays, indoors and outdoors
Have good verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in fast paced environment

Position Summary:
The Patient Service Specialist provides direct, daily operational front office support in a manner consistent with Guthrie Medical Groupβs Service Excellence Standards. The Patient Service Specialist will continually demonstrate Patient Centeredness, Teamwork, and Excellence in the daily performance of their duties. Education, License & Cert:

Experience:

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for greeting every patient in a courteous, professional, and timely manner every Time.
2. Responsible for answering telephones in a friendly and efficient manner in conjunction with Guthrieβs Telephone Standards. Screens telephone calls, takes messages and provides information.
3. Responsible for scheduling and maintaining all patient appointments electronically. Verifies patient information at time of scheduling and assigns B# / MRN to new patients. Responsible for editing appointment schedule at the direction of practice management.
4. Registers patient. Reviews, verifies and corrects patient demographic and insurance information along with scanning current insurance cards into the patientβs confidential medical record.
5. Verify eligibility for major insurance carriers including but not limited to New York and Pennsylvania Medical Assistance to ensure accurate billing. Complete various types of insurance forms, preβcertifications and referrals.
6. Possess the ability to inform, quote, and collect copayments, insurance deductibles, deposits, or unpaid balances at the time of registration as per Guthrie Medical Group, P.C. βs policies and guidelines.
7. Responsible for daily cashβout and balancing in accordance with the Patient Cash Control Policy.
8. Performs liaison duties between patients, physicians, hospital staff, organizational departments, etc., keeping the departments fully aware of all necessary information. Keeps patients informed of any delays.
9. Adheres to departmental and organizational policies and attends meetings/huddles as required.
10. Requires the ability to prioritize daily tasks simultaneously in a fastβpaced, ever changing work environment within a strong team structure.
11. Maintains strict confidentiality related to patient health information in accordance with HIPAA compliance.
12. Assists with and completes other projects or duties as assigned including participating in all quality initiatives established by the organization.
