What You Will Do

  • Supports all aspects of a software development life cycle as members of a multi-disciplined team. This would include supporting new and legacy military and commercial programs from concept and requirements, to design, development, integration, test, and potentially subsequent maintenance tasking.

  • Uses and provides creative solutions to complex technical system and software integration problems.

  • Works closely with Systems Engineers to design ideal solutions with the end user and operational needs in mind.

Qualifications You Must Have

Essential Functions:

This Program Cost Control Analyst position will, under minimal supervision, interface with the program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements.

The Program Cost Control Analyst will have experience with Earned Value Management and performance measurement baseline concepts and be able to apply them to multiple contracts for control accounts within an engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT).  This position will be responsible for leading and training other analysts if full level 1 Earned Value contracts.

Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks include:

  • Establishing Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled

  • Assessing and maintaining of objective performance criteria – developing, maintaining, analyzing and justification of estimates to complete

  • Supporting internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis and budgeting baseline

  • Maintaining a solid and accurate cost and schedule integration with business partners and program teams

  • Analyzing funding, cost risk analysis/assessment and visibility reports - Preparing government cost performance reports and preparation and/or review of Performance measurement variance analysis

Additional responsibilities will include:

Perform analysis & prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Be responsible for supporting the preparation and coordination of the monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and reporting processes. Job Purpose and Function:
The Sr. Engineer, R&D Testing and Validation position provides skilled technical insight to enable final product design by building product testing plans, testing prototypes and providing analysis aligned with global product qualification requirements.

  • Responsible for completing all R&D protocol generation, test execution, and protocol event reporting.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing (top five):

  • Lead the maintenance of enterprise formularies and pharmacy programs, for all lines of business and geographies. Lead the annual review of all formularies and clinical pharmacy strategies, including a competitive analysis, cost-benefit review of programs, and trend review by therapeutic class. Work with Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) to monitor pharmacy spend and performance to identify opportunities for improved management.   • Represent clinical pharmacy interests at inter-departmental meetings and on project teams. Identify implications for Pharmacy Services department and facilitates/coordinates follow-up with others in the department. Disseminate information and provides periodic updates as needed.
  • Hire, train, supervise and evaluate the activities of the Clinical Pharmacy Team staff. Provide coaching, feedback, and direction to staff to insure the successful achievement of their goals and that of Point32Health. Prioritize projects and initiatives and support staff in the resolution of escalated issues. Serve as a role model for staff and foster a collaborative and team-based approach both within the Department and interdepartmentally. Effectively manage change and constant prioritization based on strategic and operating goals
  • Direct the research and analysis of identified problems and issues, the validation of findings and the development and communication of plans for problem resolution. Support staff in the identification and verification of problems and provide guidance in the development and implementation of appropriate solutions. Identify for the Director those issues of broader complexity and/or sensitivity which may require action by the Director and recommend solutions for those issues having broader complexity or ramifications.
  • Participate in and/or lead departmental and interdepartmental meetings, including but not limited to Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, Drug Coverage Committee, Specialty Pharmacy committees, and Pharmacy Compliance.

Certification and Licensure

Education

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides individual and group career advising through one-on-one meetings, group settings, and college outreach in accordance with NACE standards.
  • Demonstrate that students are meeting the requisite competencies that broadly prepare clinicians and undergraduates for work after the attainment of their degree. Competencies are met, such as when a student has the skills to apply, interview, and attain a position.
