This position is full-time and permanent with hours of 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, open every day with the exception of a few holidays.
They offer full benefits which include medical, dental & vision, 80 hours of PTO, 401k and relocation assistance.
You can expect to provide oversight and direction of patient care within the organization.
You will also serve as chief liaison with the medical team.
You will also provide direct patient care and perform medical consultations as needed.
This role consists of 8 shifts a month rotating through the locations.
Youll work 4 days in a row, twice a month to include Friday, Saturday, Sunday for a total of 8 shifts per month at each location.
Some additional responsibilities include: Ensuring quality patient care, ensuring the facility provides high-quality medical care.
Develop, support and enhance policies and procedures.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
Management of the medical staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and supervision Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed to ensure continuity of care for patients.
Assure ongoing compliance in urgent care with all applicable standards.
Promote the concept of a team environment/approach to outcome-oriented patient care.
?Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified Family/Internal Medicine or equally qualified specialty by virtue of training and experience.
Unrestricted Florida Medical License Must meet current medical CE requirements at all times.
