Apparel Designer, Richer Poorer

Role Description
Richer Poorer is seeking a versatile, highly skilled Apparel Designer to lead the design and development of our apparel collections across Women’s and Men’s categories. This role owns the full design process—from seasonal concept and line architecture through technical development and production—ensuring each collection strengthens the Richer Poorer brand.
This is a strategic and hands-on role: you will shape the creative direction of the line while executing the details that bring the product to life. You’ll partner closely with leadership, merchandising, and production to build collections rooted in elevated essentials, thoughtful materials, and effortless wearability.
This role is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule with two in-office days per week.
Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Concepting
- Lead seasonal concept development, including color stories, fabric direction, and overall line vision aligned with brand strategy.
- Conduct trend, fabric, and market research to inform product direction and identify opportunities for the brand.
- Present seasonal concepts, product direction, and design rationale to leadership.
Apparel Design & Development
- Design pieces across all categories (tops, bottoms, fleece, knits, dresses, sweaters, etc.)
- Own the product lifecycle from initial concept through production.
- Develop detailed tech packs, construction notes, and BOMs.
- Partner with patternmakers and factories to ensure fit, quality, and design integrity.
- Review prototypes and samples, provide feedback, and drive the iteration process.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Production to ensure designs align with cost targets, materials, and timelines.
- Partner with Merchandising and Planning to shape line architecture and drive SKU efficiency.
- Collaborate with Creative and Marketing to translate products into compelling storytelling.
Process Ownership
- Own seasonal design calendars, deliverables, and product documentation.
- Maintain fabric libraries, color standards, CADs, and design archives.

- 7+ years of apparel design experience, ideally within contemporary or lifestyle brands.

Brief Summary
The Head of Business Operations owns the configuration, integrity, and scalability of the company's business operations systems, serving as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution reporting directly to the CEO/Co-Founder. This role is responsible for translating institutional knowledge into scalable business processes,

Requirements Engineering (Internal Product Owner)
● Conduct structured interviews with stakeholders (Sales, Production) to extract complex business logic, transforming qualitative requirements into workflow pipelines, binary system gates, and automation triggers.

Compensation

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Diabetes/Endocrinology is responsible for the achievement of commercial objectives in the assigned territory in alignment with Xeris' corporate goals. Trust & Safety teams safeguard the integrity of our customer’s Marketplace, delivery platforms, and end customer experiences by preventing fraud, enforcing platform rules,ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining trust for millions of customers and sellers. As a Trust & Safety Policy Associate focused on policy drafting, you will support the development, refinement, and documentation of policies, guidelines, and standards that govern seller behaviour, prohibited items, acceptable use, risk controls, and abuse prevention. You will collaborate with our customer’s Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to create clear, enforceable, and scalable policy language that balances business growth, customer protection, and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in drafting, revising, and updating policy documents, including prohibited/restricted
products lists, seller conduct guidelines, acceptable use policies, fraud/risk rules, and
enforcement procedures.

Director of Manufacturing
We’re seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead our Rio Rancho based manufacturing operations — our modern “Arsenal of Democracy” — delivering hypersonic capability at scale to deter future conflicts. In this pivotal leadership role, you will build and lead a world‑class manufacturing operation, pushing for innovation and operational excellence that positions us as the nation’s premier hypersonic producer.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategy to scale all Rio Rancho based production including solid rocket motor manufacturing, integration, and test and validation (HITL/VITL) from prototype to scaled production
- Recruit, train/develop, and scale a diverse, high-performing 250+ employee manufacturing team (technicians, leaders, and manufacturing engineers)
- Support the implementation and refinement of production software systems and tools (MES, ERP, PLM, etc)
- Oversee day-to-day production and manufacturing operations — including production scheduling, capacity planning, resource allocation, inventory and supply-chain coordination, materials flow, and facility/equipment management
- Forecast and manage operational and capital expenditures.
- Develop, implement, and refine KPIs to measure performance.

Basic Qualifications

The Role
As the Plant Manager, you will be a key leader in our facility, responsible for the efficient, safe, and quality-focused execution of the entire production process. Key Leadership Responsibilities
Your focus will be on driving performance and strategic management across these critical areas:
- Production & Quality Assurance: Ensure top-notch product quality, starting with the verification that the "first piece off" meets all specifications. Continuously improve quality and performance through rigorous training, enforcement of work instructions, and process control refinements.
