GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Lead Sales Associate helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. The duties of the Lead Sales Associate include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating a cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. Lead Sales Associates perform the duties of a Sales Associate and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
* Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.
* Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack boxes, cartons and totes of merchandise; stock merchandise, restock and rotate merchandise on shelves, and build merchandise displays.

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY
To provide high quality imaging CT procedures to our patients and physicians in a respectful and efficient manner while providing those services in a safe and clean environment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education / Training:
Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology and subsequent Accreditation through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Must be in compliance with CE Requirements.
Must be registered in the subspecialty of CT or be registry eligible and pass CT registry within 6 months of hire date.
BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
Workplace Experience:
Preference of one year work experience in hospital environment working in CT after graduation and accreditation; however, we are willing to train.
Equipment and Skills Training:
Possesses knowledge of CT scanning and preferably have experience working with GE CT equipment. Will train on specific equipment and processes utilized at Williamson Health.
Physical Environment:
Radiation safety and universal precautions practiced in a multi modality imaging department.
Physical Effort:
Possesses the ability to perform multifunctional tasks to include: physically manipulate and operate. Equipment; assist in the movement of patients from wheelchairs and stretchers to table; bend, twist, stoop; lift 20 pounds; communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing; make appropriate judgment decisions in urgent or emergency situations; and demonstrate emotional stability and psychological health in day to day interaction with fellow workers, patients, their families, and physicians. - Checks often on patients waiting in hallways to ensure that the patient is covered and comfortable (Pain Management).

- Volunteers for overtime and fill-in when needed.
- Ensures the safety of patients by following all safety procedures while moving patients from wheelchair or stretcher to table and watching patient while on table.

Required Qualifications: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher Texas RN license American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) 2 years of experience as RN in PACU, Pre-OP or Endoscopy Work Unit: Single Unit Proven basic computer skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) RN experience in Pre-Op, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), Emergency Room (ER), Infusion Therapy, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital setting Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

Position Summary: We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of RN Infusion at varying levels (I, II).
The selected candidate will be placed at the appropriate level based on qualifications and experience.
All levels contribute to patient care under the supervision of licensed medical professionals, with increasing responsibilities at higher levels.
Primary Responsibilities: RN Infusion I/II: The Infusion Registered Nurse is responsible for applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills to promote the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational, and professional standards This position will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to infusion patients through education, nursing assessment, and administration of medications such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other IV therapies The Infusion Registered Nurse assesses for physiological and psychosocial needs, implements nursing interventions, and communicates patient concerns to the healthcare team You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications: Graduate from an approved RN program Completion of ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Course within 3 months of employment Valid and current Texas RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association 6 months of RN experience or 1 years of KSC experience in lieu of 6 months with approval from Kelsey Seybold Director of Nursing, Cancer Services Experience with EMRs Computer proficiency Proficiency in IV insertion Proven clear communication skills, both written and verbal Preferred Qualification: For RN Infusion II: 5 years clinical RN experience 2 years infusion, oncology, or related experience center, clinic, or hospital setting with 1 years of waived testing and specimen processing experience in clinical setting Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
