Buyout and Transfer Coordinator

Summary: Accurately manage Buyout PO’s, transfer inventory, and interoffice paperwork.

Communicate with multiple departments on a daily basis.

Responsible for coordinating and performing product transfers between locations and local pick-ups.

Responsibilities: Manage Buyout PO’s and transfer inventory accurately.

Coordinate and perform product transfers between locations and local pick-ups.

Ensure DOT compliance at all times.

Adhere to all Federal and State laws and regulations when operating a Motor Vehicle.

Maintain safety standards and the Service Guarantee.

Perform the transfer transaction in the ERP System.

Communicate clearly while performing duties.

Requirements: Full-time, hourly position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
