The Enterprise Application Architect is responsible for defining and driving the product’s technical vision using Azure cloud-based solutions and event-driven architectures. APRNs, PAs, CRNAs and CNMs are required to be appointed to the Affiliated Medical Staff of a YNHHS Hospital and credentialed through the Medical Staff process. Evidence of current competence to practice as {an APRN, PA, CRNA, CNM} via appropriate reference letters from physicians and other practitioners must be able to be obtained during the Medical Staff appointment process in order to be eligible.

SPECIAL SKILLS
CRNA's must have sharp concentration and focus, along with the ability to stay calm under stressful conditions. CRNAs must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with surgeons and the surgical support team, as well as with patients and their families. A calm and reassuring manner is one way to inspire trust in patients, who may be apprehensive about surgery, as well as the surgical team. Anesthetic patient management must be immediate and responsive. Flexibility and adaptability are required.
PHYSICAL DEMAND
A CRNA must be able to demonstrate intellectual-conceptual, integrative and quantitative abilities; skills in observation, communication and motor functions; and mature behavioral and social attributes. Sensory- CRNA must be able to detect and interpret changes in monitoring alarms and equipment. Functional vision, hearing. no impairment of sense of smell and tactile sensation must be adequate. CRNA must be able to observe a patient accurately at a distance and close.Communication-CRNA should be able to speak, hear and observe. CRNA must be able to communicate effectively- includes speech, reading and writing.Motor -CRNA should have sufficient motor function to elicit pertinent information. CRNAs should be able to stand for long periods of time and wear lead as needed for fluoroscopy, X-Ray cases. CRNAs must have the ability to lift 25 pounds and reach above and below shoulder height. CRNA must be able to negotiate patient care environments and be able to move self/patients between anesthesia locations. Coordination of both gross and fine muscular movements, equilibrium, and functional use of the senses of touch and vision is required. Intellectual-Conceptual, Integrative and Quantitative Abilities-Abilities include measurement, calculation, reasoning, analysis and synthesis. Problem-solving, the critical skill demanded requires all of these intellectual abilities. CRNA should be able to comprehend 3-dimensional relationships and understand the spatial relationships. Behavioral and Social Attributes -CRNA must possess the emotional health required for full utilization of intellectual abilities, the exercise of good judgment, the prompt completion of responsibilities. - Initiate and titrate medications, including vasoactive agents, sedatives, analgesics, antiarrhythmics, insulin infusion, and critical drips according to protocols and patient condition.
- Provide end-of-life support and assist with goals-of-care conversations, in collaboration with attending intensivists.
Procedures (as credentialed)
- Perform ICU procedures, including:
- Central Venous Catheter Placement
- Arterial line placement
- Temporary pacing wire management (CV surgery patients)
- Chest tube/mediastinal drain management and/or removal
- Intubation and airway management
- Bedside ultrasound-guided procedures (paracentesis, thoracentesis, vascular access)
- Swan-Ganz catheter interpretation and management (if applicable for CV surgery ICU)
- Manage advanced devices such as IABP, Impella, CRRT, and ECMO in collaboration with specialists (based on your hospital’s scope).
Night Coverage & Collaborative Decision-Making
- Collaborates with the intensivist to provide overnight care for both NSCCU and CVICU, responding rapidly to changes in patient condition.
- Communicate significant overnight changes to the daytime multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and safe handoff.
- Triaging with intensivist urgent consults from ED, floors, and post-operative areas for potential ICU admission.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Partner with intensivists, cardiovascular surgeons, anesthesiologists, cardiologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and dietitians to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Collaborate with CV surgery teams regarding post-operative protocols, including management of chest tubes, pacing wires, anticoagulation, hemodynamics, and early complication recognition.
- Support bedside nurses with real-time clinical decision-making, hemodynamic adjustments, and emergent interventions.
Rounding, Handoff, and Documentation
- Participate in structured evening rounds, ensuring accurate and thorough transitions of care.
- Complete timely, clear, and compliant documentation, procedure notes, critical care time, and billing within the EHR.
- Update families when clinically appropriate and ensure communication of changes to daytime providers.
Quality, Safety, and Protocol Adherence
- Adhere to and help optimize ICU evidence-based protocols, including:
- Ventilator liberation
- Sepsis management
- Glycemic control
- DVT and stress ulcer prophylaxis
- Early mobility and sedation minimization
- Identify and escalate safety concerns, near misses, or system issues to leadership.
- Participate in ICU quality initiatives, morbidity & mortality reviews, and performance improvement projects.
Education, Leadership & Professional Development
- Serve as a clinical resource for night shift staff, providing education on complex hemodynamics, troubleshooting ventilators, and device management.
- Maintain competency in all required critical care procedures, certifications (ACLS, BLS), and continuing medical education.
- Contribute to protocol updates, workflow optimization, and critical care operational improvements.

Position Summary

Responsibilities

- Serve as a Surgical First Assist during operative procedures, adhering to best practices and safety standards.
- Perform patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and contribute to treatment planning.

Job Description
The Production Manager assists the Plant Manager by coordinating the activities of employees within the production facility. The Production Manager will oversee the daily plant operations of the Fairview plant, including training and mentoring of plant supervisors as well as coordinate activities internal to the plant and outside the organization (suppliers and customers) to meet production requirements.
This role utilizes knowledge of equipment, policies, procedures and specifications to maintain production schedules and ensures that the team adheres to all standards and performance requirements including quality, delivery, and above all safety.
Position Responsibilities
The Production Manager will perform the following duties and other special projects as required:
- Coordinate and support the daily work schedule of the plant
- Develop processes and performance standards for the supervisor team
- Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for each department
- Work and align all plant departments within the company’s (both production and support) overall business goals.
- Close competence gaps by training/ coaching and using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Job Instructions (JIB’s).
- Generate required quality documentation.
- Control of quality, deviations, and productivity together with Plant Manager.
- Focus on waste elimination and process improvements.
- Drive meetings with department supervisors.
- Develop and maintain production schedules for the plant operation to meet lead times.
- Lead problem solving exercises when issues arise within production.
- Facilitate reviews and job development of plant supervisors.
- Would fill in for Plant manager duties when out of plant.
