What's the role? We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Models team. In this role, you will manage a team of motivated ICs to build the next generation of Etsy's models platform, which in turn will enable your customer teams to improve the quality of search, ads, recommendations, and other ML applications for nearly 100M buyers and over 5M sellers. What's this team like at Etsy? The Machine Learning Enablement Initiative builds and maintains a complete ecosystem of ML systems including our feature & embeddings store, model training, serving, orchestration and testing infrastructure. The Models team is responsible for the model catalog, APIs, and serving infrastructure that runs our online models at high scale (millions of inferences per second). It is a small team historically focused on operations, but transitioning to play a more direct role in the application layer. The team is presently leading Etsy's migration from Tensorflow to Pytorch, building upon an innovative architecture designed in-house and based on KServe, NVIDIA Triton, Apache Arrow, and Ray. We are using this opportunity to fill in historical gaps in automation, integration, and standardization across the ML platform. We aspire to unify modeling approaches across all major ML development teams at Etsy. What does the day-to-day look like? Meet with customers to understand their latest use cases. Work with your team and partners to translate those use cases into concrete requirements. Offer an informed point of view on engineering, system design, and machine learning considerations. Keep track of ongoing issues (stability, performance, cost) with models on the platform, and identify short-term fixes and long-term platform improvements. Maintain a product roadmap, lead agile processes and plan workstreams for a team of 4 ICs. Occasionally lead multi-functional \"tiger teams\" for dedicated projects. Coach your ICs and support their career development trajectories. The Intern/Co-Op position at Maxcess Rotometrics is targeting Junior or Senior level undergraduate students currently enrolled in an Accredited engineering program at a College or University. This position will provide an opportunity for the student to work alongside the engineering team to support the design and manufacturing of converting tools (rotary dies, print cylinders, etc). This type of tooling is used to convert materials into labels for wine/beer bottles, medical and automotive devices (band aid's, gaskets) and non-wovens (diapers, face masks).

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Drafting Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering accurate technical drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation that support sales, operations, and customer-facing teams. This role combines technical expertise, team leadership, and process improvement to drive high-quality outputs, fast turnaround times, and continuous improvement within a regulated engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and drafters, driving performance in accuracy, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate daily SCRUM meetings to monitor KPIs, remove roadblocks, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Lead the transition and optimization of drafting tools, including migration from Visio to SolidWorks.
- Review incoming project requests to ensure design inputs are complete and aligned with user requirements.
- Track and analyze drafting metrics using dashboards to identify trends, improve throughput, and reduce bottlenecks.
- Own and improve BOM standards and labor assumptions in partnership with Engineering, Planning, and Operations.

The Effector Digital Products (EDP) department develops electronics for our weapon system products. We are responsible for the architecture, design, and documentation of deliverable FPGA embedded processing. We engage at the outset of the weapon system development and follow our designs through deployment. As a Principal FPGA Design Engineer you will develop FPGA designs for all major vendors and device families including: Designs are implemented using VHDL for the following applications: gigabit serial interfaces, Radio Frequency (RF) and Electro-Optical (EO) DSP, controls, data links, embedded processing and processor interfaces.
Designers work with circuit card designers and systems engineers to develop requirements, architect new parts, collaborative modeling of algorithms, partition and perform code development, simulation, and place and route. Design support is expected from requirements definition through integration and test. Design documentation and configuration management are required.
Deliver production-quality FPGA releases from initial proof of concept to production
Architect FPGA-based systems to determine parts, interfaces, and Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
Translate system-level requirements into FPGA requirements.
Design and code in VHDL for reliability and maintainability.
Drive projects and execute program schedules on time and budget.
Manage moderately sized projects or processes

:The Engineering Business Lead is responsible for auditing and tracking all System Engineering expenses and construction projects. Responsible for reporting on start-ups and completions of construction projects. Other duties include but are not limited to issuing the Purchase Orders for engineering services and construction contracts include fixed asset coding according to accepted accounting life cycles, tracking all related billing, and grouping per project for Construction Budget Reporting. Also responsible for all Engineering Expense Budget Reporting each month and for year-end. Also responsible for leading office staff, assigning tasks and coordinating processes for reporting work and budget progress.Education:

Michelin Louisville is seeking Engineering Co-Op students majoring in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, and Electrical Engineering to join the team at our plant in Louisville, KY.
In our petrochemical facility we produce synthetic rubber from monomer feedstocks and catalysts, through a polymerization reaction.
The product, after other operations, is carefully weighed and pressed into uniform bales before shipping to the next Michelin factory for tire production.
Our facility supplies various rubber products that go into tires in the USA, Canada, and in Michelin factories around the world. Our site is one of the three Michelin petrochemical sites producing synthetic rubber for cars, vans, trucks, two-wheelers, aircraft, agricultural tractors, and mining equipment.
