POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Development Partner, internally known as the Market Director, is responsible for driving Vistage's market expansion within assigned territories by developing strategic partnerships, supporting new Chair candidates, and engaging senior executive prospects. This role plays a critical part in increasing Vistage's presence in priority markets by identifying opportunities for growth, facilitating business development initiatives, and cultivating relationships with influential business leaders and organizations.
This consultative sales leader partners closely with Vistage Chairs and internal stakeholders to identify and attract high-caliber CEOs, business owners, and executives to the Vistage community. By modeling best practices, leveraging technology, and sharing proven tools and resources, the Business Development Partner helps Chairs attract and retain exceptional members while strengthening the overall Vistage community experience.
The Business Development Partner is responsible for achieving territory growth goals aligned with Vistage's annual revenue targets. This role collaborates with multiple levels across the organization, field personnel, and Chairs to develop and execute strategies that expand Vistage's presence and support successful Chair launches.
This position reports to the Regional Senior Vice President.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Market Growth
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase Vistage's presence and growth in priority markets.
- Engage C-level candidates (CEOs, Key Executives, and Business Owners) in consultative conversations and presentations to uncover their needs and connect them to the Vistage community.
- Partner with building Chairs to identify, recruit, and enroll high-caliber members into Vistage groups.
- Create and manage territory sales pipelines and forecasts to meet or exceed regional revenue and growth targets.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage prospect activity, track sales progress, and report on business development initiatives.
Strategic Relationship Development
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategic partners and local centers of influence.
- Expand Vistage's visibility through engagement with organizations such as chambers of commerce, business associations, and professional networks.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and business leaders within the territory.
Event Leadership
- Design and execute high-value executive events and business development meetings that introduce prospective members to the Vistage experience.
- Facilitate events that showcase Vistage's value proposition and support Chair group development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver impactful prospect engagement initiatives.
Consultative Sales & Market Strategy
- Conduct presentations and strategic discussions with business leaders to uncover needs and demonstrate the value of the Vistage platform.
- Partner with field management and Chairs to identify opportunities for market penetration and expansion.
- Provide strategic recommendations to regional leadership on opportunities to maximize growth and member acquisition.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen regional sales performance and drive sustainable market growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic sales, or related leadership roles, with a track record of driving market growth.
- Demonstrated success in consultative, solution-based sales within complex or professional services environments, engaging senior executives and business owners.
- Proven ability to develop and expand a market or territory by identifying strategic opportunities and executing initiatives that drive sustained revenue growth.
- Advanced ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with C-suite leaders and business owners, serving as a strategic advisor.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to leverage data to guide strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire executive audiences.

TOTAL COMPENSATION RANGE
The expected annual pay range for this position is $140,000 – $166,200. This range includes a target annual bonus of $13,000 and target annual incentive compensation of $53,200.

What You'll Do: As a Physical Damage Appraiser, you will be responsible for facilitating an efficient settlement of material damage claims by determining the fair market value to repair damaged motor vehicles, campers, motorcycles, trailers, and boats utilizing CCC estimating and valuation software.

Responsibilities
The major responsibility for an Insurance Claims Representative is assisting the department with manners regarding the company's credit insurance programs and claims.
Essential Responsibilities
- Process Life and Disability Insurance claims
- Process Life and Disability Insurance proceeds received from an internal or external insurance carrier
- Perform next day verification of Life and Disability payments to ensure they were keyed to the customer's account correctly
- Process Total Loss claims
- Verify GAP coverage after a Total Loss and file the GAP claim. Process GAP refunds/issue checks
- Process Total Loss proceeds issued by auto insurance companies Process collision/repair checks issued by auto insurance companies
- Perform next day verification of Total Loss and/or collision repair payments to ensure they were keyed to the customer's account correctly
- Process cancellations on Total Losses for back-end products (i.e. Dealer Warranties)
- Prepare and send Customer Balance Letters
- Coordinate and process loan payoff requests
- Process the necessary lien and/or title releases
- Handle account researches, credit disputes, and/or assist with customer complaints. Cut and issue checks to applicable parties
- Correspond to and provide necessary documentation to third party companies including customers, physician offices, auto insurance companies, GAP insurance carriers, and dealership representatives to ensure all available monies or refunds are requested and paid in a timely manner
- Add and remove insurance codes on accounts accordingly to reflect the current account/claim status
- Perform next day verification of the addition or removal of insurance codes
- Assist with collection efforts on delinquent accounts with pending/active insurance claims Effectively communicate and cooperate with other Bank departments and personnel regarding accounts with insurance claims
- Thoroughly document accounts detailing the action taken, information needed, and/or next steps Perform daily and monthly balancing and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Continuously cross train on other functions as needed or requested Assist the Direct Lending Manager with tasks, reports, or projects Assist the Direct Operations Supervisor with tasks, reports, or project.
- Perform multiple queue verifications within the Consumer Loan platform to ensure all loans with open/active insurance claims are worked in a timely and regulatory manner

Summary
This position will provide non-emergency services to the community that are essential to motorist and roadway safety, such as non-injury vehicle crash investigations, assisting stranded motorists, addressing disabled or abandoned vehicles, providing traffic direction, and special event assistance.
This position may be assigned to various shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
This is a time-limited position for one year.

* Responds to non-injury traffic collisions, interviews witnesses, and gathers information from all involved parties.
* Conducts preliminary and follow-up investigations and produces reports of non-injury traffic collisions
* Assists disabled vehicles and provides roadside support.
* Directs traffic control and parking assistance during traffic disturbances and special events.
* Performs various administrative support tasks and other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:
* Minimum high school diploma or GED.
* Work experience with progressively responsible duties in a customer-service, retail, administrative, or professional office setting.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
* Modern police methods and procedures related to vehicle crash investigations
* Understand and apply relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and procedures
* Follow all safety rules and regulations of the department and Town
* Report writing, record keeping, and interview techniques and procedures
* Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Maintain confidentiality
* Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
* Interpersonal skills such as active listening, being able to understand and empathize with others, and manage conflict.
* Demonstrate adaptability and initiative in handling varied situations and working independently as needed.
* Work outside and drive safely during harsh weather conditions, including temperature extremes
* Have enough physical strength and dexterity to perform duties such as helping with pushing or removing cars from the flow of traffic.
