Job Summary:
The Senior Clinical Informatics Specialist is a clinical professional who is under the direction of the Clinical Informatics Manager. This role provides advanced clinical informatics services across Wellstar Health System, supporting team members, clinicians, departments and leaders. This individual transforms healthcare by analyzing, designing, implementing, and evaluating information systems that enhance health outcomes, improve patient care, and strengthen the clinician-patient relationship. In collaboration with the clinical and executive leadership, this role drives strategic informatics initiatives, leads complex projects, and mentors junior staff. This position requires advanced technical, influencing, and analytical capabilities to support enterprise-wide informatics goals.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Analyze, evaluate, and refine clinical EHR workflows and promote process changes to support proficient system use. Assess information and knowledge needs of healthcare professionals and patients. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory standards, and all Wellstar policies and code of conduct. Lead cross-disciplinary complex projects and serve as a strategic advisor to project leaders and managers for Clinical Informatics initiatives. Lead meetings and facilitate collaborative planning across multiple responsibilities and disciplines. Evaluate business procedures to define data processing needs and workflow. Serve as a subject matter expert in conversations about procurement, customization, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical information systems. Demonstrate competency in change readiness and flexibility as priorities shift. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology, equipment, and systems, applications, and emerging technologies. Investigate system/application ideas and concerns and escalate as needed. Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more clinical applications. Work in partnership with the Epic Training and Applications teams in the development of detailed, user-friendly training tools and documentation. Promote performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and accountability. Support IT policies, procedures, and initiatives. Serve as a professional role model/mentor and guide staff in operational improvement processes and projects. Assist in analysis, development, testing, and implementation of new systems and future growth of the organization. Perform vetted and approved low-risk Epic build tasks and test them in partnership with the Epic application teams. Rounding in the facilities and departments they support Go-live support as needed Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

Role Overview
Under general supervision, the Sr. Accountant will collaborate with partners across the organization to:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing trademark portfolio and coordinate with outside counsel under guidance

General Description: We are seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer (PE Required) for our Chadds Ford or Philadelphia office! The Senior Electrical Engineer shall be engaged in projects involving, but not limited to, the design of facility related electrical distribution systems, interior and exterior lighting, low voltage systems (security, communications, data systems), and emergency backup systems. They will participate in and support project teams to undertake the design and delivery of services related to design and construction of electrical systems, as well as the overall project. Essential Functions:
- Functions as Project Manager, Lead Electrical Engineer, and/or Senior Electrical Engineer on a variety of assignments with electrical design scope and other disciplines. Role may vary based on size, complexity, and location of the projects.
- Ensures coordinated design on projects.
- Participates in the design development of electrical work.
- Creates and reviews drawings, technical specifications.
- Contributes to estimation of projects, planning and construction feasibility.
- Participates in the development of design drawings.

Qualifications
Education/Experience Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. PE Required. Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years' experience in a technical and management capacity reflecting increasing responsibility.

- Valid state driver's license (any in US).
- In possession of appropriate paperwork to gain and maintain employment in the US.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develops and documents electronic and electrical system requirements.
- Designs hardware, software and interface specifications.
- Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
- Assists in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
- Ensures compliance with appropriate regulations and certification requirements, including ARP4754A, DO-178, and DO-254.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 10+ years of experience working in an electrical design engineering environment.
- Experience in avionics design and a background in related fields within the avionics industry.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Flight Management Systems, Displays, Communication Systems, Navigation and Radios, Inertial Reference Systems
- Pilot's license and/or experience working in the flight deck

Position Responsibilities:
- Resolve airplane level requirements into system level requirements and resolve system level requirements into component requirements with time and cost efficient validation methods.
- Develop and evaluate system and subsystem architecture alternatives to meet project objectives and requirements.
- Conduct trade studies to analyze and compare alternatives, rapidly converging on preferred configurations through system simulations and development test programs.
- Lead and participate in system, component, and detailed design efforts, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to schedule and cost constraints to produce error-free, manufacturable specifications and drawings.
- Lead and support system- and component-level validation activities, including test plan development, consultation on iron bird and test rig setups, test monitoring, analysis, report authoring, supplier test report review and approval, failure analysis, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive certification efforts by creating required artifacts such as system safety analyses, failure modes and effects analyses (FMEA), and fault tree analyses (FTA); ensure traceability to regulatory requirements and resolve any regulatory conflicts.
- Support ongoing production by promptly addressing build issues at Boeing and supplier facilities, identifying and implementing design improvements to enhance build accuracy, production rate, and line safety, and resolving rejections, functional test failures, and flight squawks.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support global fleet operations, responding to airline and regulator inquiries, leading resolution of Service Related Problems (SRPs), and analyzing flight incidents to inform Safety Review Board (SRB) recommendations for the Continued Operational Safety Program (COSP).
- Collaborate effectively across functions and organizations within and outside Boeing, including manufacturing, avionics, crew operations, airplane safety, aerodynamics, supply chain management, BCA systems software, suppliers, airline customers, and regulatory agencies.
