Position Overview
The Community Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned condominium and homeowners associations. This role supports Boards of Directors, oversees daily operations, coordinates vendors, and ensures compliance with governing documents and Washington State law.
This position requires strong independent judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while knowing when to escalate matters for board direction or legal review.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Board Support
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned associations
- Advise Boards of Directors on governance, policies, and best practices
- Exercise independent judgment within board-approved policies and escalate matters requiring board direction or legal review
- Prepare board meeting agendas, management reports, and meeting minutes
- Track and follow up on board action items
Operations & Maintenance
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
- Solicit and review vendor bids and proposals
- Manage vendor communication, scheduling, and follow-through
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and service requests within established response standards
Financial Coordination
- Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and clarity
- Assist with annual budget preparation and planning
- Coordinate with accounting support on AP, AR, reserve transfers, and invoices
- Support collections and delinquency processes in accordance with board-adopted policies
Compliance & Administration
- Enforce governing documents consistently and professionally
- Issue violation notices and monitor compliance
- Maintain accurate association records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable Washington State HOA and condominium statutes
- Maintain professional, timely, and documented communication with homeowners, board members, and vendors
Qualifications
Preferred
- 2+ years of community association management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working within property management software and documented workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to attend site visits as needed
Nice to Have
- Experience with AppFolio
- CMCA, AMS, or CAI credentials
- Familiarity with Washington State HOA and condominium law
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Typical work hours are weekday business hours, with occasional evening board meetings as required
- Ability to occasionally walk properties, climb stairs, and attend on-site inspections

Graphic Communications is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative, to extend our customer reach across the printing industry within the Small to Medium sized Business market. These reps are responsible for maintaining a routine call frequency into their prospect and customer bases to establish and strengthen trustworthy relationships with decision-makers and business owners. Reps must be able to provide high-value-add to our customer base by selling Graphic Communications’ Print MIS and Web-to-Print solutions and services to extend product life cycles, provide additional product functionality and benefits, advance the desired state of customer workflows while constantly challenging executives to make additional improvements to their business.
This role is part of our Graphic Communications business unit, which serves the global print and packaging industry with ERP and production software designed for commercial printers, packaging manufacturers, promotional and transactional print providers, sign and display manufacturers, and in-plant print operations. Our solutions help customers manage complex production environments, improve operational visibility, and deliver high-quality products efficiently and profitably.
Position Duties
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as an individual contributor
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through contract close
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth across assigned territory
- Establish and maintain long-term, trusted advisor relationships with new and existing clients
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
- Research target companies and decision-makers to generate and qualify new sales opportunities
- Deliver compelling, value-focused product demonstrations to prospective users
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions within approval guidelines to maximize deal value

Position Requirements
- 3–5 years of software or technology sales experience

What You'll Do
- Develops, implements, and administers environmental, health and safety policies and programs, developing procedures (chemical safety, ergonomics, illness and injury prevention, and building safety) used throughout the site that are compliant with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations and promote environmental protection and a healthy and safe facility for employees and visitors to meet the company's business requirements and safeguard surrounding communities
- Develops and oversees company training programs for employees in areas such as compliance training, safe handling of hazardous waste or bio-waste (chemical, radioactive, and/or medical) material handling and removal, emergency response, industrial hygiene and occupational/industrial safety
- Maintains safety equipment inventory, performs periodic lab/plant/office safety inspections, audits, and environmental impact studies by sampling and testing for potential environmental or safety concerns, and recommends corrective action where environmental health and safety hazards exist
