Position Summary
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet and dining area, ensuring all food items are stocked and presented attractively. This position provides excellent customer service by assisting guests, replenishing food as needed, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the breakfast service. The Breakfast Attendant also rotates stewarding duties as scheduled, including washing dishes and kitchen equipment. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour; actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.

- Set up breakfast each morning; shift is 5:30am to 2:30pm
- Serve guests hot & cold breakfast items
- Continually restocks dry food items and refills all drink containers during breakfast hours

- Cordially assist guests with all breakfast questions
- Wipe down and bus tables during breakfast hours
- Set up, maintain, work and breakdown breakfast stations

Year End Bonus: To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November.
