As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will:
  • Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care (and nursing scope of practice) while closely monitoring progress/recovery.  
  • Assess and document patient conditions and report change as needed (vitals, blood/stool/urine, glucose, etc.)  
  • Administer medication, insulin, and IV fluids: documenting thoroughly.

JOB SUMMARY: 


We are seeking a Wound Care RN to join our healthcare team. Your primary function is to be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in inpatient and approved surgical and ambulatory care areas. In this role you will: 


  • Demonstrate knowledge and application of the nursing process. 

  • Perform and assist with assessments, interventions, and evaluations for patients with actual or potential wound/ostomy problems. 

  • Change dressing for patients with Vacuum Assisted Closure (VAC) devices. 

  • Implement plans of patient care. 

  • Assist in management of pressure ulcers and other wound/skin problems. 

  • Assist the Wound & Ostomy CNSs in quality improvement and clinician education activities related to wound and skin care. 


 


Job Requirements:  


  • Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Required, Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred 

  • Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.

  • BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start

  • Successful completion of the certification requirements for enterostomal therapy preferred

Our facility performs over 850 cases a month. We provide services in gastroenterology, ENT, generalsurgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, podiatry and urology. Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Certified Surgical Tech, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the company’s mission and vision by assisting with the provision of safe and effective nursing care in accordance with a defined scope of practice within the operating room. This may include: direct patient care and observation, scrubbing and assisting the surgeon at the operative field, surgical room turnover between cases, collection and recording of pertinent clinical data in the medical record and consistent collaboration with the Registered Nurse in clinical decision making.

What you will do in this role:

  • Demonstrate necessary practical, technical, or specialized skills required for the role of the surgical technician in accordance with the Association of Surgical Technologists
  • Assist in preparing the operative suite for surgery by checking and gathering supplies, equipment, and instruments
  • Ensure that surgical asepsis is maintained in the handling of instruments, sponges, sutures, drains, needles, and dressings
  • Assist in the turnover of the operating room suites between cases, disposing of trash and linens, and cleaning of equipment and environmental surfaces
  • Prepare procedure room for use the following day by bringing in equipment, setting up, "pulling cases" accurately, and reporting to supervisor items that are needed and not available

Qualifications you will need:

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program as required per facility practice and state regulatory requirement; otherwise preferred
  • Surgical Tech Certification
  • One year experience in an operating room setting (preferably in an ambulatory surgery center)
  • Valid BCLS Certification upon employment ***Online certification not acceptable

DescriptionSummary:The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist will perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures, will provide support for other imaging technologists as needed, and help to facilitate smooth and efficient patient flow.

The CT Technologist will demonstrate flexibility by working other shifts and/or at other campuses as needed or required.

The CT Technologist must be able to troubleshoot basic maintenance, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system.

The Technologist is expected to participate in ongoing education, safety, and technical advances within their scope of licensure.
