Position Summary

The Safety Administrative Specialist plays a key role in supporting Key Lime Air’s Safety

Management System (SMS). This position is responsible for day-to-day administration of

safety reports, maintaining safety records, assisting with Safety Risk Management (SRM)

activities, and tracking safety performance data across Part 135, Part 121, and charter

operations.

Reporting to the Operations Quality Assurance Manager, the role provides both

administrative and analytical support to the Safety team and helps reinforce a proactive,

Just Culture approach to safety. This position serves as a primary point of contact for safety

report processing, SHAIDER tracking, Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs), and safety documentation used for operational decisions and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, categorize, and process safety reports in accordance with SMS procedures.
  • Process and track SHAIDER reports, ensuring proper use of SMS taxonomy within VOCUS.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure non-punitive handling of safety information.
  • Track safety reports, corrective actions, and follow-up items through closure.
  • Support hazard identification thorough safety reports, audits, and operational changes.
  • Assist with the development, documentation, and tracking of Safety Risk Assessments (SRAs).
  • Monitor approved risk controls and mitigation actions for completion and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate SRM activities with other departments as part of Management of Change (MOC) processes.
  • Track and maintain Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and Safety Performance Targets (SPTS)
  • Monitor trends to identify emerging risks or degraded performance.
  • Review safety data to identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare safety summaries, reports, and dashboards for Safety leadership.
  • Develop presentations for Safety Review Boards (SRB), Safety Action Groups (SAG), and management briefings.
  • Support internal safety communications, newsletters, and bulletins.
  • Coordinate with Operations QA, IEP, and LOSA programs to support Safety Assurances activities.
  • Provide safety data and documentation for internal audits and FAA SMS oversight.
  • Assist with tracking corrective actions and verifying supporting closure documentation.
  • Ensure safety records meet company and regulatory retention requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of safety reports, SRAs, SPIs, and mitigation actions.
  • Track safety action items and assist with scheduling safety meetings and reviews.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in aviation safety, reporting, SMS coordination, or operational risk management.
  • Working knowledge of FAA SMS requirements (14 CFR Part 5)
  • Experience in Part 135, Part 121, or mixed operational environments preferred.
  • Strong written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal SMS or SRM training.
  • Experience with aviation safety reporting databases.
  • Familiarity with human factors, Threat and Error Management (TEM), and Just Culture principles.

Summary:


Key Accounts Manager (KAM) Plastics Colors and Additives: is responsible for the growth of Peacock Color and Vortex Liquid Color product sales in the Americas. Focus on retaining and growing current customers, pipeline of new customer development and closure, forecasting, support customer orders, line scheduling and maintaining all customers within payment terms. Scout new potential customers in previously unknown industrial markets and/or new applications. Create, maintain, and close opportunity in the pipeline to drive above-market growth. Key successes factors include negotiating, project management, networking and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Ability to communicate effectively with all employees as well all customers. Upholds and supports organizational goals and values. Ability to handle multiple activities and must be outgoing, self-driven, pleasant & very personable.


Key Responsibilities:


Key Account Development & Sales Management:


  • Own the relationship and projects at core customers and find new opportunities for growth within the accounts. Improve PCC share via gaining competition share.
  • Find new/new accounts and drive new business growth by gaining technical specification at customer in the Americas. Understand Customer CTQ’s and relate it back to technical team to develop product for commercial success.
  • Balance short term and long-term business objective effectively: drive new business growth and building a strong target position for the future.
  • Develop strong technical understanding of Color and liquid color products in traditional and new application area.
  • Identify and assess the current customer base and prospects for selling additional PCC. This includes selling price, volume, and customer buying criteria, market/business dynamics and entry strategies.
  • Relationships & customer satisfaction.
  • Short-term & long-term forecasts.
  • Manage complaints.
  • Manage credit terms/account receivables.
  • Proactively leverage relationships to obtain the Voice of Customers, understand & articulate value propositions, and monitor the competitive landscape.


Project Management:


  • Utilize skills to map new business projects and application development (see below)
  • Manage projects and developments through the development process and drive completion of milestones per established timelines.

Application Development:

QUALIFYING & REQUIREMENTS:


  • BS degree in business, science or engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to interact with R&D and manufacturing to facilitate developments, complaint investigations etc.
  • Business development, application development, project management, and pull-through marketing experience with proven track record.
  • Background in the plastics industry, but not required.

Senior Sales Associate (Key Holder)

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Senior Sales Associate with Key Holder responsibilities provides an exceptional customer service, generates sales and participates in all essential duties to ensure an effective day-to-day operation at the store, including the support of all operations, visual and brand directives.


What you’ll do:

  • Meet and exceed store sales, KPIs and personal target.
