The Registered Nurse Manager (Patient Care Coordinator-PCC) will be responsible for performing expert leadership skills in management of staff and coordination of patient care activities. The professional RN will work collaboratively with all healthcare providers and non-health care providers. Will serve as a mentor and role model for all staff and will receive mentoring for the Nursing Director.

BSN Required
BLS from the American Heart Association and national certification in related field are required.
Three (3) years recent, full-time hospital experience with a minimum of two (2) years in an equivalent management capacity is also required.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and initiatives to maximize operational performance that establishes a total safety culture for guests and team members.
- Lead the safe operation of all Public Safety Departments – Security, Loss Prevention, First Aid, Parking Lot, and Risk Management.
- Budgeting and maintenance of department operating expenses, labor, and insurance costs to include accurate monthly financial forecasting.
- Participate in long range planning for park capital investments and contribute ideas to achieve business objectives.
- Establish positive and collaborative relationship with regulatory agencies overseeing permitting and inspection processes.
- Oversee all litigation claims: reporting, investigating and maintaining files on potential claims, active claims, and lawsuits against the Park. Be the Park liaison with attorneys and insurance companies. Serve as corporate designee in litigation cases and testify on the behalf of the company.
- Interpret, implement, and update the Safety Compliance Manual, Emergency Response Manual, First Aid Standard Operating Procedures, First Aid Patient Care Protocols and support Corporate Safety and Health Standards.
- Maintain records and produce use of force reviews of security-related incidents.
- Communicate with Park management and Team Members on any Safety and/or Security threats that exist or may come to exist.
- Meet and review Emergency Response Procedures with local, county, state and federal agencies on a periodic basis.
- Develop training program for Park leadership and Public Safety employees. Coordinate scaled emergency response simulations in conjunction with local, county, state, and federal agencies.
- Serve as a liaison of off-duty police officers working for Six Flags Over Georgia.
- Monitor department Team Member Voice survey scores and assist in the development of initiatives to address areas of needed improvement.
- Serve as Park Guest Service Ambassador and work to resolve all concerns brought to your attention.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: starting at $90,000 annually (based on experience, education, and qualifications)
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement, Occupational Safety, Business, related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- OSHA 30 required
- In-depth knowledge of Georgia and Cobb County ordinances and law enforcement guidelines.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to multitask under high-pressure emergencies.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a team-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Summary
Works under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist and performs responsibilities associated with the localization of tumors and the administration of radiation therapy. Possess knowledge in principles, practices and procedures involved with the operation of ionizing radiographic and radiation therapy equipment. The knowledge of human anatomy and proper positioning of the patient to provide radiation therapy treatment. Able to perform CT Simulations in accordance with the instructions of the radiation oncologist. Is responsible for patient safety protocols and adhere to departmental policies and procedures. Participates in the department's performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. Maintains patient work flow and problem solve treatment issues. Have excellent technical and communication skills and shows ability to develop relationships with the staff, patients and families. Upholds NYS Licensure, registration in Radiologic Technology, ARRT and BLS certification.
Core Job ResponsibilitiesDelivery of Radiation Therapy Administer prescribed dose of radiation therapy under the direction of a radiation oncologist, in accordance with regulatory standards and hospital policies, practices and procedures, including but not limited to:
• Positions patients for radiation therapy treatments with accuracy; utilizing image guidance.
• Simulates patients under the guidance of radiation oncologist and make custom immobilization devices.
• Performs daily quality assurance checks on linear accelerators and CT/simulation
• Ensure that all applicable treatment information and quality assurance checks; regarding the proposed treatment plan is correct before the start of radiation.
• Trains and supervises students during their clinical rotation, and or shadow program; Orient new radiation therapist and act as their mentor.
• Acts as a consistent team member with patient care as the priority. Effectively rotates as needed with seamless efficiency. Able to treat efficiently with all radiation therapists
• Able to effectively communicate with Radiation Oncologist, Dosimetrist, Physicist and support team.
• Adheres to punch in/punch out policy. PEAR reports for missed punches are signed by supervisor before the end of the pay period
• Correctly identify patient in ARIA and accurately deliver the treatment to correct patient. Identify each patient and treatment area prior to treatment according to policy.
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Required:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Radiation Therapy Technology
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Radiation; AAS degree in Radiation Therapy also accepted.
Required:
- Current NYS Licensure registration in Radiologic Technology Radiation Therapy .
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
- Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Certification
