The Effectors Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the development lifecycle for test. We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world. Typical work involves designing interface assemblies, selection and integration with test instruments and environments, to develop a test system for all RTX products. These core activities may be performed for both lab engineering and factory production test systems. The candidate will contribute to the completion of all stages of test product development and will be responsible for leading the technical, cost and schedule aspects of their assigned projects. They will be expected to act in a leadership capacity as a part of their team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products.

This position will be located onsite in Tucson, Arizona

What You Will Do:

• You will be a leader of multi-discipline engineering teams performing design, development, and integration of Raytheon test products

• Typical work involves the development of both engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis

• You will lead the completion of all stages of test product development, and will be responsible for performing technical, cost and schedule management of the assigned projects

• You will be expected to lead, either as a part of the team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Previous work experience with electrical engineering design and/or analysis tools such as: Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic, or equivalent

• Experience with analog, digital, and/or RF design

• Experience designing, testing or integrating digital, mixed signal, and/or electrical system interconnects

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum experience 7 years

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with commonly used test equipment, such as: Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Network Analyzers, Power Meters, etc.

• ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

• Experience developing and implementing functional strategy, establishing and improving processes, standards or operational plans for work area that will have impact on the achievement of functional results. 

• Recognized master of test systems, design and development, having deep knowledge of theory and organizational practices within test development.

• Communicates with parties within and outside of own function, and typically has responsibilities for communicating with parties external to the organization, (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.). Tasking may include conducting briefings with senior leaders, executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organization or program

The Retirement Plan Advisor assists individuals in achieving a successful retirement and planning their financial future through group and individual presentations to new and existing defined contribution 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and/or Government 457 plan participants across all plan sizes. As a Hardware Test Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a key part of the Hardware Test team. This is a small team of broadly experienced engineers that strive to ensure that all hardware being produced meets the stringent requirements for aviation. Hardware Test Engineers are one of the essential interfaces between the design, production, and flight test teams and are exposed to a wide variety of technical challenges.

You will be creating automated test stands to replicate extreme flight conditions on our hardware and mechanisms that will serve as the backbone of our qualification testing. You will help to break our development hardware, help root-cause the failure modes, and provide critical input in redesigning it. You will be writing the software and building the hardware platforms for the command, control and data collection systems that will test our systems to rigorous aerospace standards.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the design, build, and maintenance of mechanical or electrical test stands for development testing, production acceptance testing, functional and environmental qualification testing

• Automate the repetitive aspects of the test stands

• Author, execute, and audit test plans, procedures, and reports

• Work closely with design engineers and flight test engineers to design, build, test and improve flight hardware

Basic Success Criteria

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience

• 1+ year of industry experience testing hardware

• Experience using ECAD tools such as Altium or MCAD tools such as NX

• Comfort with basic software scripting in Python, C/C++, or MATLAB

• Working understanding of mechanical or electrical engineering fundamentals

• Eagerness for hands-on work - integration of sensors, building test fixtures, diagnosing and debugging equipment and hardware

• Ability to methodically diagnose, document, and solve hardware problems

• A demonstrated passion for mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical hardware

Preferred Criteria

• 2+ years experience in aerospace hardware test planning and execution

• Experience working on and around aircraft

Job Summary

The role of the Recreation Lead is to provide outstanding customer service and operational support to recreation programs, facilities, and events within Parks and Community Services. Distinguishing Characteristics: The Recreation Lead oversees programs, facilities, and events that the Recreation Attendant assists with. This position reports to Program Coordinators and/or Recreation Supervisors.

• Lead, monitor, and oversee programs, facilities, rentals, and events.
• Open, close, and secure facilities and equipment.
• Prepare and distribute paperwork and supplies to program and event locations.
• Transport, set up, and take down equipment for programs and events.
• Greet and assist participants, staff, and the public in person and over the phone.
• Prepare verbal and written reports for staff.
• Report safety concerns and customer feedback to staff.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Perform basic and intermediate functions using program registration software such as enrolling participants, processing refunds, class transfers, and handling cash.

• Support emergency response efforts within Parks and Community Services.

• Ability to interact courteously with the public to acknowledge both compliments and complaints.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated good judgement in problem solving and responding to customer needs.
• Proficiency in standard computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite applications Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: No minimum education requirements.
• Experience: 1 year of customer service experience.
• Or: In place of the above requirements, the incumbent may possess any combination of relevant education and experience which would demonstrate the individual's knowledge, skill, and ability to proficiently perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.

Licenses and Other Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have or be able to obtain First Aid/CPR certificate within 90 days of hire.
• May be required to possess a Washington State driver's license and submit a driving abstract, depending on area of assignment
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds and use stairs.

Physical Demands and Working Environment: Work may be performed in a variety of indoor and outdoor settings, including City facilities such as community centers, City parks, Lake Washington School District facilities and off-site locations. Work settings may involve high levels of noise, many people, adverse weather conditions, uneven terrain, standing for extended periods of time, and interruptions. Desk assignments are done at a computer terminal.

Position Overview

The Manager, Video Partnerships is the base-level management role on the Video Partnerships team, with responsibilities including managing all National video buying activity, negotiating buys, checking preliminary and final post buy delivery, and tracking performance. Managers assist with the management of Partnerships team - developing their skills, evaluating their performance, and managing their growth. The individual is tasked with developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The Manager will drive the team to explore and identify non-traditional partnerships opportunities. The UCF IT department within Facilities and Business Operations is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Specialist III to play a vital role in delivering exceptional audiovisual (AV) experiences across campus! This position serves as a senior technical leader supporting high-profile university events, advanced multimedia systems, and cross-departmental technology initiatives. The Multimedia Specialist III will oversee event-day operations, provide expert troubleshooting and production support, and collaborate on innovative AV solutions that enhance the university community. In addition, this role serves as a trusted technical resource and assumes leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Multimedia Event Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily multimedia event operations, including equipment checks, network connectivity verification, and managing audiovisual setups to ensure high quality event production.
