Our client in North Carolina is actively seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 64-day assignment beginning Mar 31, 2026. This role involves shifts starting at 6:45 AM with end times varying between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. The Anesthetist will manage a diverse range of cases including general surgery, obstetrics, orthopedics, endoscopy, GI, urology, pediatrics ENT 2+, and robotics, while specific procedures like spinals, epidurals, nerve blocks, upper/lower blocks, and fiber optics are handled by the MDA.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage general surgery cases.
  • Perform obstetrics and C sections.
  • Handle orthopedics cases.
  • Conduct endoscopy and GI procedures.
  • Oversee urology cases.
  • Provide anesthesia for pediatrics ENT patients (ages 2+).
  • Participate in robotics cases.
  • Note: Spinals, epidurals, nerve blocks, upper/lower blocks, and fiber optics will be performed by the MDA.


Additional Information

  • EMR system utilized is Epic.
  • If submitting to the bullpen, the Anesthetist must be proficient across all 7 GCM sites.

Space Craft is a design-driven real estate development firm focused on creating walkable neighborhoods and sustainable mixed-use communities. This role will work closely with the development, architecture, and construction teams to help shepherd projects from early concept through construction and delivery.

The Role

The Development & Design Associate will support the management of a growing portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use projects, coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors to move projects through design, permitting, and construction phases.

This role will balance analytical problem-solving with hands-on project management, helping ensure projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and aligned with the firm’s design vision.

Key Responsibilities

β€’ Coordinate design review and collaborate with the internal architecture team during design and construction phases

β€’ Manage consultants including civil, structural, MEP, environmental, survey, and geotechnical teams

β€’ Work closely with general contractors and architects to manage project schedules and milestones

β€’ Prepare internal project updates summarizing schedule, budget, design progress, and key risks

β€’ Visit active construction sites to maintain strong coordination with project teams

β€’ Track project budgets including payment draws, contingencies, and value engineering opportunities

β€’ Coordinate permitting with municipalities and resolve plan discrepancies with project partners
