The Opportunity
The Patient Services Operations team is at the forefront of Blink’s mission to bring affordable prices and deliver the best experience for our patients. As a Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations (Prior Authorization), you will play a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day execution of prior authorization workflows within a fast-growing hub pharmacy environment.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume operations and enjoys working closely with front-line teams. You will directly supervise hourly specialists, manage daily production performance, and ensure SLAs, quality standards, and productivity goals are consistently met.

Responsibilities
Executing Daily Production Operations
- Own the success of the end-to-end prior authorization journey in order to provide an exceptional provider experience and meet program SLAs

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of management and/or supervisory experience in a fast paced metrics driven environment with accountability to performance KPIs and service-level goals

The Wine, Spirits, and Beer Case Flow Replenisher is responsible for reporting to an assigned area and picking orders using a cherry picker to move products to a designated area according to an assigned product task sheet. The Associate scans multiple bins using United technology and moves product using power equipment, while maintaining the safety/sanitation/security of the Warehouse environment. He or she appropriately handles all materials following company policies and procedures. A Brief Overview
The CDL Driver I is responsible for the safe, efficient transportation of materials to various job sites and other locations. This role requires maintaining a Class A or B Driver's license, inspecting and maintaining trucks, reporting shortages and claims to supervisors, and assisting in loading and storing of materials. Drivers must perform pre- and post-trip inspections, manage logs, and adhere to hours-of-service requirements.

- Responsible for deliveries to both active construction sites and completed build locations; city-based deliveries and inter-state travel may be required.

Education Qualifications

About the Role
We are expanding our Automation Development team and are seeking Controls Engineers to support the design and build of highly advanced, custom automation and robotic equipment for autonomous vehicle production. This is a hands-on role focused on conceptual, in-house engineered systems—not repetitive builds or catalog automation.
Engineers in this group own projects end-to-end, from early concept and proof-of-principle through programming, debug, factory acceptance testing, and on-site integration. The current flagship project supports a next-generation autonomous vehicle platform, with the first production units already shipped.
This role is ideal for Controls Engineers coming from systems integrators or custom machine builders who enjoy variety, ownership, and technically challenging work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and debug PLC, HMI/SCADA, robotics, servo, and machine vision systems
- Develop control architectures for custom automation and robotic equipment
- Review electrical schematics and contribute to hardware and network architecture
- Perform system bring-up, debugging, validation, and factory acceptance testing
- Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, assembly teams, and manufacturing
- Support equipment installation and integration at U.S. manufacturing facilities
Travel
- Typical travel averages 10–25% (historically fluctuates by project)
- Travel is limited to 4 U.S. manufacturing locations (California, Texas, Nevada)
Qualifications
- Experience in custom automation, robotics, or systems integration
- PLC programming experience ( Siemens preferred, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley also acceptable )
- Engineers proficient in Rockwell who are open to transitioning to Siemens are strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience with HMI/SCADA platforms (WinCC, Ignition, FactoryTalk, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field (or equivalent experience)
