What you'll do as a Graphic Designer:

• Capture & edit photos and videos of completed installations that highlight J&E's craftsmanship and brand story.
• Design brochures, catalogs, digital ads, and other marketing materials with a consistent visual identity.
• Create & schedule engaging social media content to connect with customers and showcase new products.
• Organize & tag all digital assets for quick access and consistent brand use.

Estimator - Commercial Construction

What You’ll Do

• Build accurate, well-supported budgets through the full preconstruction cycle - early concept through full construction documents.
• Carry budgets through design development and help keep cost decisions aligned as plans evolve.

Your new role

As the Construction Project Manager, you will join the team delivering a transformative 700+ unit, dual‑tower community featuring a 12‑story and 10‑story building constructed over a subterranean parking structure. Having started this summer, this project will run until the end of 2028. In this role, you will support the Senior Project Manager and lead the full interior scopes—including units, corridors, amenities, and common areas—from procurement through closeout. What you'll need to succeed

Commercial Construction | Warehouse Coordinator (Full Time)

Hourly Position | Starting Pay: $30-$35 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

JB Pacific is seeking a highly organized and motivated Construction Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are properly received, stored and distributed efficiently to job sites. Applicants shall meet the following requirements for consideration:

Qualifications

·        Minimum of 3 Years of construction experience

·        Dedicated, reliable & hard working

·        Proficient with inventory management systems or software

·        Experience w/ standard trade tools

·        Excellent organizational and leadership skills

·        Safe work habits

·        Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

·        Good verbal communication skills

·        Work well with team members

·        Self-motivated

·        Reliable transportation

·        Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

·        Supervise warehouse daily operations

·        Maintain accurate inventory of construction materials

·        Coordination of deliveries, shipments for multiple job sites

·        Manage and process invoices, work orders, and delivery documentation

·        Track equipment maintenance, repairs and rentals

·        Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies

·        Collaborate with project managers and field teams to meet material and scheduling needs

·        Identify and implement process improvements for better warehouse efficiency

·        Capable of moving & lifting equipment and materials
