This is a "hands-on" role where you work cross-functionally with our Creative, Industrial Design, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance teams. You'll also work with our overseas team and our Executive Management to ensure that every product represents our company's values and inspires our customers. The Product Developer captures the product vision, gathers legal and IP feedback, and ensures approval of concepts before moving forward with the product. They manage the product through the product development life cycle to generate all marketing materials and packaging for the product, product samples for testing and photography, product cost engineering and details for operations set-up and ultimately lead delivering the product to market.
Primary Responsibilities
- Must be able to lead toy products through the entire lifecycle from early concept to launch by working closely with the creative teams and other business stakeholders to execute product opportunities & develop product tech packs.

- Knowledge of laboratory processes, data management, and quality assurance in an FDA regulated environment, including validation/qualification for equipment and computerized systems.
- Experience with LabVantage’s integrated lab informatics suite, including LIMS, ELN, LES, SDMS, and analytics
- Experience with LabVantage SaaS or Enterprise SaaS deployment models
- Experience with SQL, Java, HTML, XML, Jaspersoft and web services
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, process development, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills – Headstrong Services LLC seeks Developer-ETL & Data Warehouse II (multiple positions) in New York NY to be responsible for all the activities related to the analysis, coding, design, and implementation of new or modified application software for data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) solutions, including data marts and data warehouses, within the banking, financial services, and insurance domains. Interact with clients to clarify business requirements and key operations, develop technical specifications for software application issues, and resolve emerging problems. Design ETL applications, scripts, queries, reports, and other automated procedures. Regularly employ relevant application development tools, platforms, and methodologies including: ETL Tools (Informatica, Teradata, Oracle SQL Loader), SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Tools, Crystal Reports, or SSRS. Be the primary liaison linking the onshore and offshore development efforts.
Education – Position requires a Master’s degree in an Engineering (all), Computer Science, Sciences, Mathematics, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered, a related software engineering, programmer, or systems analyst position, or related occupation. As an alternative, a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering (all), Computer Science, Sciences, Mathematics, or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's experience in the job offered, a related software engineering, programmer, or systems analyst position, or related occupation is also acceptable.
