The Workthere Americas team is currently recruiting for an Assistant Director to join their team. Workthere is part of global commercial real estate firm, Savills, and comprises a consultancy that helps businesses find & secure flexible office solutions anywhere in the world.
This position will work with all Savills service lines and their clients, primarily across the US, in an advisory role specific to flexible and serviced office space. The ideal candidate will have experience with flex office transactions, excellent communication skills and is capable of executing on responsibilities in a timely manner. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Savills is seeking a Senior Research Director to report directly to the Head of Americas Research. This role serves as a senior lead responsible for driving the day-to-day delivery of national office reporting, sector thought leadership, and research platform initiatives. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sector Thought Leadership and Industry Data Oversight
- Author and co-author national thought leadership across office and key industry verticals, ranging from concise trend briefs to comprehensive white papers.
- Support the Head of America Research in advancing national sector strategy for legal, technology, healthcare, and other industries.
- Present research insights to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain and enhance proprietary databases and develop proprietary dashboards and analytical frameworks.

Office Market Reporting and Project Management

- Champion automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled workflows to improve and modernize research delivery.
Salesforce and Research Technology Enablement
- Serve as a research power user within Salesforce and help enhance research tools embedded within the CRM platform and improve data integration, reporting functionality, and broker-facing usability.
- Support adoption through training and best-practice sharing across the research team and improve broker self-service adoption through training and enhancement of broker-facing tools.
Team Support and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Step in across the research team as directed to support high-priority initiatives or special projects.
- Work closely with brokerage, consulting, marketing, and graphics teams to position research as a driver of business development and client strategy.
- Help maintain consistency, discipline, and accountability across research workflows.
- Contribute to onboarding and mentorship of research team members.
- Collaborate with global research team by assisting with global thought leadership, providing data as needed, and assisting with other ad hoc requests.
- Cultivate relationships with external research peers and industry experts to remain current on relevant industry developments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree is required.

The Senior Workplace Strategist will source, execute and manage workplace consulting projects, provide workplace support to internal client teams, and participate in client pitch meetings to strengthen the firm’s new business development efforts.
The Senior Workplace Strategist will partner with clients and internal client teams to develop workplace strategies and approaches to enable their employees to work more effectively, invest in their workspaces and work-from-anywhere technologies to improve talent attraction, retention, and productivity and further the client’s business mission. The role will be to work with clients to understand their culture, technology, work methodology and business goals and then execute workplace observation, measurement studies, elicit data and other feedback from clients in order to make appropriate recommendations, and guide them to a decision. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the Workplace Studio with strategic projects to win new business and deliver high-quality outcomes, specifically with knowledge and delivery of top law clients is imperative.
- Supporting senior leadership in the Washington DC office by preparing pitch materials and responding to RFPs for the Southeast region.
- Managing multiple client engagements concurrently under the guidance of senior leaders.
- Conduct workplace research and analysis, including utilization studies, space analysis, and data visualizations (utilization, space analysis, Power BI, Tableau).
- Analyzing diverse data sources to generate insightful recommendations.
- Developing new tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery and consistency.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior Design or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years’ experience in occupier-focused workplace strategy, architecture, design, and corporate real estate.
- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in workplace strategy, with specific experience in the legal sector.
- At least 5 years’ proven experience pursuing, closing, and delivering on new business engagements, including ability to support contract negotiations.
- Ability to initiate, sustain and grow senior level client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also operating independently and managing projects., and to inform, monitor and support the team’s performance.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Role Description:
Oak Street Health's graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program in the revolutionary collaborative care model in a value-based setting, which rewards healthcare companies for the quality of their care not the quantity.
This program will include time spent building your knowledge of evidence-based interventions and psychotropic medications, earning clinical supervision hours from a licensed clinical social worker, and engaging in didactic content that aims to build on, not repeat, graduate training. All fellows will work at Oak Street for 24 months following the completion of this program, but we hope will continue to spend their careers at Oak Street improving the health of communities across the country.

Agron, Inc. is the exclusive US license for adidas Accessories. Our products include bags, backpacks, hats, socks, and underwear. This position reports into the Digital Content Creation Manager and is based at our office in Los Angeles, California; relocation is not included.
The Position:
The Part-time Digital Content Designer contract role is needed for approximately 12-24 hours per week mostly in our LA office at the rate of $30/hour. The position is responsible for assisting in the design of a wide variety of visual marketing assets across digital content and print media for athletic accessories. The role would work within the team through the entire process of defining creative brief requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, photos, store signage, product packaging, advertisements, multimedia design.
Position requires a self-starter, capable of working independently and delivering brilliant creative assets, with excellent communication skills and amazing attention to detail. Creative flair and a strong ability to translate direction into design is necessary.
Applicant must have the drive to seek out what is needed to get the job done and be comfortable working in a fast paced, team environment, owning multiple projects at once, with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds. Reporting to the VP, Brand Integrity, Ethics and Investigations, the Senior Counsel, International Trade Compliance is an experienced compliance lawyer responsible for advancing and managing the Company’s economic sanctions, customs, and export controls compliance programs and enabling compliance with ever-changing and complex global requirements. Such individual is responsible for continually assessing the Company’s sanctions and export compliance risk and in conjunction with other key stakeholders updating, designing and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate such risks.
The individual will have extensive interaction with other members of the Legal Team, the Senior Leadership Team, business teams, as well as with numerous other internal organizations.
Responsibilities
The Senior Counsel, International Trade Compliance is responsible for serving as the internal subject matter expert on applicable global laws and regulations pertaining to economic sanctions, customs and export controls and their impact on the Company’s business (e.g., OFAC, ITAR, and EAR). Such individual is also responsible for developing, enhancing, and implementing the Company’s international trade and export compliance programs and associated procedures to enable compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Such duties will include the following:
- Identify and manage sanctions, customs, and export control compliance issues, escalate and remediate as appropriate;
- Advise the business on sanctions, customs, and export controls compliance, risks, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct sanctions, customs, and export compliance risk assessments and recommend changes to applicable policies and procedures;
- Lead trade and export compliance investigations and manage submissions and disclosures to governmental entities as required;
- Provide oversight to business units highly dependent upon trade, customs or export compliance programs (e.g., ITAR);
- Develop appropriate sanctions, trade and export compliance training for relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor proposed sanctions and export compliance laws and regulations and provide advice to business stakeholders regarding implications and requirements; and,
- Implement robust compliance tools (including policies, procedures, manuals and as appropriate IT solutions), to enhance the Company’s trade and export compliance controls, and otherwise support the Company’s Ethics and Compliance program and initiatives.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing of the bar of at least one U.S. state.
- A minimum of 5 years focusing on trade, customs and export compliance, sanctions, or related matters.
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience assessing/investigating alleged or actual regulatory/legal or ethical concerns.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, as well as excellent analytical ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal and regulatory concerns to non-legal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
- Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams, effectively collaborate, and work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to manage a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
OTHER VALUED EXPERIENCE
- In-house experience.
- Significant experience with the Arms Export Control Act and its implementing regulations, the International Traffic in Arms Regulation and 22 CFR parts 120-130.
- Significant experience and ability serve as the internal subject matter expert regarding the Federal Acquisition Regulation

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $180,000 to $230,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. The OTE for this position is $220,000. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
