Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and direction to branch managers, ensuring they are well-supported and equipped to meet their branch goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure that all branches operate efficiently and effectively. Monitor and evaluate branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Develop and implement branch policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all branches. Create systems to effectively communicate these policies and procedures to all branch staff and ensure they are followed.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive branch growth and profitability. Collaborate with senior management to align branch goals with the overall objectives of the bank.
• Financial Management: Oversee branch budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Analyze financial reports and provide insights to improve branch performance.
• Staff Development and Training: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Provide training and development opportunities for branch managers and staff to enhance their skills and career growth. Develop and implement training programs to ensure all staff are knowledgeable about bank products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Community Engagement: Represent the bank in the community, building and

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred.
• 5+ years in branch leadership required, preferably in a Community Bank.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate others and develop teams.
• Strong affinity and acumen for business development, community involvement and brand building.
• Proven track record of innovative and effective retail sales strategies with immediate impact to the retail growth objectives.
• Ability and willingness to travel to branches routinely in St. Petersburg, Winter Park, Mt. Dora, and other areas of the state and country as the bank expands.

Job Responsibilities

* Underwrite and recommend action on loan applications to small and mid-size commercial businesses and professional practices based on current SBA guidelines. Loans range in size from $200,000 to $5,000,000 and include loans to purchase owner-occupied commercial real estate, equipment, business and professional practice acquisitions, business expansions and debt refinancing.

* Apply conventional judgmental analysis as the primary underwriting method.

* Provide detailed requests for credit approval including financial statement analysis, business history, collateral adequacy, credit background & management's ability in order to determine credit worthiness.

* Identify and properly mitigate credit weaknesses and policy exceptions.

* Act as a liaison between credit administration and the sales team with frequent direct client contact, as necessary.

The Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) Department in Tucson, AZ is a multi-discipline organization responsible for designing, building and integrating state of the art testing environments (flight simulators for missiles), as the last step before flight test.  On our team, you will work with weapon system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy the systems to help support tactical software development, testing, and delivery for missiles to the warfighter.

This position is within the Effectors Center of the HWIL organization, and is an onsite role located in Tucson, AZ

What You Will Do

• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to develop software to control Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) facilities (flight simulators for missiles).

• Software design, coding and integration in a real-time environment.

• Travel up to 20% to support development and/or delivery of our test environment equipment.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a  minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

• Experience with software development in C++, using the object-oriented features.

The Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) Department in Tucson, AZ is a multi-discipline organization responsible for designing, building and integrating state of the art testing environments (flight simulators for missiles), as the last step before flight test.  On our team, you will work with weapon system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy the systems to help support tactical software development, testing, and delivery for missiles to the warfighter.

This position is within the Effectors Center of the HWIL organization, and is an onsite role located in Tucson, AZ

What You Will Do

• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to develop software to control Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) facilities (flight simulators for missiles).

• Software design, coding and integration in a real-time environment.

• Travel up to 20% to support development and/or delivery of our test environment equipment.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a  minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

• Experience with software development in C++, using the object-oriented features.

• Active and transferrable final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience contributing to the design, development and/or integration of the test equipment and/or hardware (software that controls complicated hardware systems)

• Strong organization, coordination, planning, teaming skills, as well as written and oral communication skills.

• Experience with Software Agile Process.

• Experience developing software using a Linux operating systems.

• Some comprehension of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) terminology analysis purposes.
