Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Technical Design
  • 3+ years’ working experience in Technical Design, including knitwear preferred
  • Solid understanding of garment construction, fit evaluation, and grade rules, with the ability to apply this knowledge across multiple product types
  • Experience working with underwear, loungewear, and/or intimates a plus

The Systems Engineering, Integrated Systems Department is seeking a Systems Engineering Technical Lead for the NASAMS product line. This role requires strong technical expertise and engineering leadership skills to drive the design and development of world-class air and missile defense systems.

The Integrated Systems Department supports Raytheon by providing world-class weapon systems engineering. Domain expertise includes radar systems, effector systems, battle management, command and control, network design, battlespace integration, and interoperability for both domestic and international customers.

You will work alongside motivated engineers who are responsible for conducting systems engineering studies and trades; supporting system requirements definition and analysis; and contributing to algorithm development, integration, test, and evaluation.

ASRC Electrical Troubleshooter Responsibilties:

-Safely maintain plant electrical power distribution including transformers, switch gears, panels and associated wiring. Troubleshoot and repair all plant electrical systems

such as balers, robots, conveyors, etc.

-Must be able to troubleshoot and repair components such as motors, starters, PLCs, etc.

-Compliance to all safety requirements is a must, such as LOTO and PPE equipment

- Effectiveness of all interventions (prevent breakdowns, cure the default within an optimized time, solutions to deal with recurring defects / problems...)
- Efficiency of all interventions (resources used, consumption of spare parts)
- Documented interventions and quality of the encoding
- Maintenance plans carried out and compliant (transformers, protective devices, substation visits, thermographic analyzes, ...)

  • Required Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Applicant must have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • And one or more of the following:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a relevant maintenance position
  • Associates degree relevant to the open maintenance position
  • Journeyman's card relevant to the open position
  • Military Background with technical training relevant to the open position
  • Must pass entry level skills assessment in the craft relevant to the open position
  • Must be able to pass a Company physical including a hair drug screen
  • Job Salary and Benefits:

Field Service Technical Manager

Location: Roanoke, Virginia

Position Summary

Virginia Transformer is seeking a Field Service Technical Manager based in Roanoke, Virginia to lead technical field support and service operations for power transformers and related high-voltage equipment. This role will oversee field service engineers and technicians responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of transformers supporting utility, industrial, renewable energy, and data center customers.

The Field Service Technical Manager serves as the technical authority for field operations, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to ensure reliable transformer performance and successful execution of service activities.


Key Responsibilities

Field Service Leadership

  • Lead and manage a team of field service engineers and technicians supporting transformer installations and service activities.
  • Oversee scheduling, mobilization, and execution of field service work across North America.
  • Provide technical leadership to field personnel during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.

Technical Expertise

  • Serve as the technical expert for transformer commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Support complex technical investigations involving electrical, mechanical, and thermal performance issues.
  • Review technical reports, test results, and field diagnostics to identify root causes and corrective actions.

Customer Interface

  • Act as a primary technical contact for customers during installation, energization, and service events.
  • Support utilities, EPC contractors, and industrial clients during commissioning and operational troubleshooting.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional technical support.

Project Support

  • Coordinate field service activities with engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams.
  • Support installation planning, commissioning procedures, and site readiness reviews.
  • Assist with service proposals, technical evaluations, and customer support initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify recurring field issues and collaborate with engineering teams to improve product reliability and service procedures.
  • Develop and implement best practices for field service operations and technical troubleshooting.
  • Support training and development of field service personnel.

Safety Leadership

  • Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety standards and electrical safety practices.
  • Ensure all field service activities comply with company safety programs and industry regulations.
  • Lead safety briefings and ensure proper risk assessments for field operations.


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in field service, commissioning, or technical support for power transformers or high-voltage electrical equipment.
  • Experience working with utilities, industrial facilities, EPC contractors, or power infrastructure projects.
  • Prior experience leading field service teams or technical support groups.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of power transformers, high-voltage systems, and electrical testing procedures.
  • Experience with transformer commissioning, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with industry standards related to high-voltage equipment and power systems.

Leadership Skills

  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Olympus Seal and Supply — the Mountain West's premier distributor and fabricator of industrial sealing solutions (custom gaskets, mechanical seals, braided packing, industrial hose & assemblies, expansion joints, valves, couplings, fittings, adhesives, sealants, and precision-machined plastics) — seeks a Technical Inside Sales Representative to deliver expert support and drive sales from our Elko office.
Core Responsibilities

* Manage inbound customer inquiries (primarily phone/email) and provide technical consultations on product applications, material compatibility, pressure/temperature ratings, and solutions for piping, gasketing, and sealing challenges.
* Prepare precise quotes (including custom specs), process orders, and coordinate with fabrication/warehouse/shipping for timely delivery.
* Build/grow existing accounts in mining, power generation, chemical processing, water treatment, and OEM industries through relationship management, upselling, and opportunity pursuit.
* Support outside sales with technical details, lead follow-up, and documentation.
* Handle administrative tasks (licenses, insurance certs, DMV, etc.), maintain accurate records in Epicor Prophet 21 (primary ERP), and resolve issues promptly.
* Perform calculations, Excel-based analysis/quoting, and basic accounting support as needed.

Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
Qualifications

* 2-5+ years inside sales or technical support in industrial distribution/MRO, preferably with technical/process equipment lines (sealing, hose, piping, valves, or similar).
* Strong technical aptitude (reading/interpreting specs/drawings, fluid/material compatibility).
* Prior experience in mining, chemical processing or power generation a plus.
* Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.
* Solid math skills and advanced Excel proficiency (quoting, data analysis).
* Competence with administrative processes (certificates of insurance, licenses, DMV registrations).
* Accounting knowledge (invoicing, credits, basic financials) highly valued.
* Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (primary); SAP exposure a plus.

Provides Planned Maintenance (PM), safety testing, repairs, calibration, installation, routine and emergency service to general and various specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment, as assigned by the Clinical Engineering (CE) Manager.

      

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates the mission, vision and core values of Trinity Health and the Ministry Organization in leadership behaviors, practices and decisions.

Performs PM procedures on multiple types of general and specialized clinical equipment.

Performs PM procedures using manufacturer’s recommendations, standards or code requirements, as well as industry acceptable processes as guidelines.

Performs corrective maintenance procedures including diagnosing problems using thermodynamic, electronic/electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or other sciences and documents results of activities performed to comply with all regulatory and standard requirements.

Notifies equipment users, CE Managers, and Regional Director of repair status and delays as necessary.

Interacts with clinical staff to understand and resolve operational problems in scheduling and completing PM procedures while minimizing interference to hospital departments.

Determines need for replacement parts and supplies, selects the most cost effective source, and submits properly completed parts request using established policies and guidelines.

Completes corrective and planned maintenance work order documentation per policy.

Promotes teamwork by keeping others informed, participating effectively in group decision making, works to accomplish team objectives and projects, and solicits feedback about one's effectiveness as a team member.

Continually improves processes by seeking ways to eliminate and reduce waste.

Has authority (based on department guidelines)  to order parts and supplies required for emergency service or repair  of medical equipment. Recommends test equipment and spare equipment parts to the CE Manager or Lead Technician.

Provides on-call service coverage after normal business hours on a rotating basis, as assigned.

Provides assistance and training to Bio-Medical Equipment Technician I as assigned by Clinical Engineering Management.

May be assigned duties as Lead Bio-Medical Equipment Technician, as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned or requested by the CE Manager.

Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations; the Trinity Health Integrity and Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associates of Applied Sciences degree in medical electronics, electronic technology or related field, including comparable military training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CBET certification preferred.

Three (3) to five (5) years' experience  performing corrective and planned maintenance on medical devices and/or clinical support equipment. 

Must have a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Working knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools and  test equipment specific to the field.  Ability to train CE associates  on use and application of select test equipment.

Must have knowledge and understanding of OSHA, NFPA, The Joint Commission, CAHO, EOC, FDA and other specific regulations and standards pertaining to clinical equipment service and repair.

Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring with ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals and values of Trinity Health, Ministry Organizations, and  Clinical Engineering. 

Ability to operate complex test equipment, analyze and interpret information provided by equipment and clinical staff to determine equipment operational condition.

Must have basic understanding of personal computer operation, applications, and ability to input data using keyboard.  Technician must be able to follow complex written instructions, perform tasks and document actions taken.

 Strong customer service communications skills are required to interact with hospital personnel and vendors to achieve positive outcomes. .

Ability to provide or coordinate in-service training to clinical/professional staff on medical device operations and safety functions.
