Design graphics that will be seen globally. As an Associate Women’s Graphic Designer supporting Off-White Womenswear and Scotch & Soda, you will contribute to seasonal collections for two internationally recognized brands with distinct and influential creative identities.
Reporting to the Art Director, you will help shape seasonal graphics, prints, embroideries, and branded assets — translating creative direction into precise, production-ready artwork. This role offers hands-on involvement in the full graphic development process, from concept exploration through final production approval.

Qualifications & Skills

Sweet Apparel is a leader in Junior's, Women's, Men's, and Kids fast fashion apparel. Sweet Apparel designs, manufactures, and imports apparel under its own labels as well as multiple Private labels. Responsibilities
- Work with multiple product categories within Athleisure & Fashion Sportswear divisions (tops, pants, shorts, sets, dresses, skirts, activewear/lounge, swim, sweaters) for Juniors, Missy, and Plus sizes
- Accurately measure Fit/PP/TOP samples

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join ANTA as a Sr. Key Account Manager at our Santa Monica, CA location. In this pivotal role, you will drive Sales and Profitability with assigned accounts, while developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with internal and external teams to ensure all brand goals are met. In this role you will build account specific assortments, seasonal forecasts and marketing strategies. As the KAM you will be expected to be THE expert in understanding each accounts strategy, implement key marketing initiatives to drive sell through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic brand sales goals.
- Develop account specific financial plans and assortments, aligned with brand seasonal objectives.
- Drive seasonal product forecasts by account.
- Organize seasonal sell-in meetings and provide detailed recap to internal teams.
- Manage retailer sales, inventory and profitability to help maximize both of our businesses.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of Sales experience and 5 years of Key Account Management experience with demonstrated sales skills; footwear experience preferred.
- Extremely motivated, a self-starter and able to work effectively in a team environment and independently; manage time and work against business deadlines.
- Must know how to service all sales aspects of national footwear retailers in the athletic specialty space. Mall and National Sporting Goods retailer experience a plus.
- Must possess strategic planning and be a results-oriented person with exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding of retailer’s financial metrics – sales, inventory, turn, gross margin dollars
- High level of energy, initiative, and professionalism
- Must be proficient on MS Office (word, excel, power-point)

- Marketing and Sales is an immersion program offering participants work experience in one of our Sales Centers throughout the company.
Interns will participate in the following activities: comprehensive onboarding, operational duties within their assigned department, eLearning, and virtual meetings with company leaders, job shadowing, and a direct mentorship with an onsite leader.
The College Internship Program – Marketing and Sales is designed to last 3-6 months depending upon the participant’s availability and the needs of the property.
The participants should expect to work a full-time schedule in this program.
